EPISODE TRANSCRIPT
[00:00:04.360]
Welcome to the second episode of the Design of You, the podcast. My name is Leah, as you heard in the intro, and I'm so happy you guys are here I literally, after the first episode, I just was completely overwhelmed by the love and support and the amount of reviews and messages. And I think I got a review from my first grade teacher listening to this. So that's pretty crazy. There's people you just never think that are tuning in. So very cool to see everyone. Actually, this is my second time re-recording this second episode because, rookie mistake, as I'm learning the podcasting language land. I recorded my second episode before... I was just home for the past 10 days, and so I recorded it before I left, and I don't know what happened.
[00:01:25.820]
When I went into my recording software, I could see the video of myself talking for an hour, but I could not... There was no audio attached, and it was just vanished. So I don't even know if that's actually a rookie mistake on my end or if that's just... I guess it's a mistake because I should have looked at it sooner. But anyway, this will be coming out a little bit later, and just bear with me as I'm learning the kinks of becoming a podcaster and all that good stuff. So I wanted to spend this second episode talking about what human design is. I think that that's my number one question. And it's funny because I actually, while being home the past 10 days, maybe this is better that I'm recording this later because, I mean, literally not a day goes by that someone asked me what the hell I'm doing and what is human design? Or even my close friends and family members are like, I really don't know how to describe what you do to anyone. And if you could help me with that. And then it's funny because I got back here yesterday and I did a meeting with one of my best friends, and it was our second time, maybe our third time doing a session together.
[00:02:35.640]
But she then said the same thing that some of my family members were saying, I don't know what it is that you do, and can you help me learn more about it, or can you give me a definition that I should tell people? And so I had said to everyone last week when I was home thinking that this episode was going to drop before I knew the recording didn't work out. Just tune into my second episode because I'm going to make it all about what human design is. And that's what I told her as well is I ended up giving her a little definition and what she can offer to people when they ask, Hey, what's your best friend Leah doing? And so this episode is going to be about what human design is, and honestly, what it isn't. I want to talk about what it is, how it helps us, and what human design is not. I plan to do maybe some deeper episodes on this topic through time, but I really think it's important that those of you that are listening and want to know more about what I do is you actually understand it.
[00:03:35.640]
So that said, let's talk about what human design is. So human design is really this tool for high performance. When we know our human design, it allows us to flow through life with the least amount of friction and materialize what we truly want in our lives with every decision that we make. Human design, it sheds light on our emotional, psychological, and energetic makeup, and it gives us the self-awareness tools to live in a life that offers us the highest potential. This can be in the area of career, relationships. This can be in our partnerships. This can just be in the relationship with ourselves. And so not only does it give us unparalleled insight into our unique nature, but it also equips us with self-sufficient tools that we can use for life to consistently perform at the top of our personal and professional game. And human design is really this tool that's meant to expand us and empower us. You'll find that my approach to human design is very empowering and positive. Not to say that I won't get into the shadows and not to say that that won't change through time, but I do find that it is most supportive when I work with people and I empower them to be the best versions of themselves through their human design versus learning about some negative aspect of yourself.
[00:05:12.020]
So I like to say there's really no good or bad. It just is. And the more that you have awareness of some of the shadow sides in your chart, then you can embrace the more highest expression, more wisdom sides of your chart. And human design is meant to be relatable and practical. That's something I'm very passionate about because when I was learning human design, which has not been that long since I began, and so much has changed since then, but it's been really hard to find digestible information that really makes sense. So I work a lot with trying to break it down. And how I do that is I will literally ask Xander, does this make sense? Even right now, I just put something together and I send it over to a few of my friends, and I'm like, Hey, can you review this for me? And I had one of my friends reply back, and she was like, I literally don't know what this word means. And that's great because sometimes we're so deep into it that we forget. Okay, I'm sidetracking a little bit. But human design is here to help us find more flow, as I mentioned.
[00:06:17.310]
And we do that by understanding how we're meant to make decisions. And it's meant to be experimented with. It's not meant to be something that we learn about our human design, and then we fit our ourselves into this box, and we have to live so strictly to that confinement. It's really about understanding ourselves, playing with it, and seeing how it helps us. And I'll break down how you can do that after or while you're listening to this episode. And human design is one of the biggest themes is conditioning, is like, how can we remove all the layers that we're not and get back to ourselves? And so it helps us return the authority to us. It It helps us get back in touch with ourselves and give us the power to make really intuitive decisions and really just permission to be who we are at our most authentic level. And some of the reasons why I love human design and why I chose this as... Well, honestly, I feel like human design chose me, but why I love doing human design is because it literally gives us the permission and tools to step into our unique potential.
[00:07:28.400]
And I recently just did a podcast interview this morning, actually, with someone, and she was like, What's the difference between human design and astrology? Because that's the one thing that I get all the time is I feel like it's some astrology thing. And Xander's before been like, Yeah, so my coworkers will ask what you do, and I literally never know what to say. So he's like, he says that he tells them that I do something in the realm of astrology. And it always cracks me up because, I mean, yeah, that is what I do. And side I know everyone, if you are in my personal life and you ask what I do, or if you're some random stranger that I meet and you're like, What do you do for a living? I will literally tell you I'm a spiritual life coach, which is not wrong because I do life coaching, but I feel like life coaching has a negative connotation. It's so sometimes I like to just say spiritual guidance, but whatever. So I just say that because if I say human design, I have to make sure the person is receptive to that. And I like to feel it out first because sometimes some people just aren't receptive to it.
[00:08:32.880]
And so I just tell people I'm a spiritual life coach, and the look on their face usually is like, huh? And then some people are like, oh, that's really cool. And they'll ask more questions, and then I'll get into human design if that comes forth. But if I'm talking to someone that I feel like they get what I do in the world that I live in, then I will, I'll just, of course, tell them exactly what I mean. But it's really funny because sometimes when I say I do human design, there's this look in someone's eyes that changes where they instantly think that I'm intuitively reading them. And I am, first of all. I think we're all psychic, and that's something I'm exploring. I'm actually looking into doing a media I'm going to do mentorship next year, but that has nothing to do with human design. So I sometimes will say to people like, no, it's not like I'm reading your energy right now. It's actually just reading a book, almost. I look up your chart, I know what each of the little pieces and parts mean, and I know how to empower you with those things.
[00:09:34.370]
And so it's more so about you learning about yourself and me just reading that back to you and reflecting it to you so you can reflect on where you're at in your life. When I found human design, it really felt like coming home. I think I mentioned this in the first episode. It really gave me language for what I always felt deep down, and it gave me just that permission to step into who I was. And that's just one of the most beautiful things. So in a very simple term of what human design is, it's a system based on your time, date, and place of birth. And it basically just reveals how you are uniquely wired to operate and thrive in work, relationships, and life. And why people are like, It's woo- woo. It is a little bit woo-woo. There are pieces of these mystical systems, these ancient mystical systems that people have been following for like thousands and thousands of years. And also it has a lot of science into the system as well. So it's this umbrella of a bunch of different things. So it's not just human design. It's actually a lot of different things.
[00:10:43.880]
So leaning into the mystical pieces. So astrology is a part of human design. The Chinese Yi Jing is a part of human design. The chakra system and the Kabala system, those are also parts of human design. And then the science part comes in with the science around subatomic particles and neutrinos. Also, genetics is a piece of human design, which actually leans into the Yi Jing a little bit about each of the genetic, the 64 genetic codons in our human body. Those all match to 64 gates within our human design chart. In quantum physics, the law of attraction and how our energy frequency can bring things into our life, that is also a part of human design. And obviously, talking about astrology, so is just astronomy and just basic science of how things work. Well, I guess I mentioned genetics, but there's even a component in when we're in the womb of our mothers before being born. There's also a component between how that impacts our chart around 88 or 89 days before we're born. So there's a lot of different layers to it. It's not something that you can just pick up easily. It takes a lot of time, and I've dedicated the entire three three and a half years.
[00:12:02.090]
Yeah, there are about three years in my life just being completely obsessed with it and learning everything that I possibly can. And just because I want you guys to understand human design and understand yourselves, just because I love it. And I think that it's one of these things that can really benefit people. And that's what happened when I learned my human design. And the other thing that I get all the time is Is human design real? Actually, my girlfriend's over at DeLuna, who are these human design besties that talk about human design. And they actually talked about this in an episode They actually talked about this where they said that human design, it doesn't matter if it's real. It matters if it's useful. I think that that's really important to remember because is anything real in life? I'll talk about what human design isn't in a moment because, disclaimer, it's not a religion, and it doesn't ask you to literally believe in anything. But people always love to put things against each other. People spend so much of their lives trying to put different boxes. People love to debate. This is something that I've just noticed.
[00:13:23.810]
I don't know if this is just a sociology thing that I've just been intrigued by, but people love to to find things to argue about or to make things better than the other. You can look at this in so many layers, politics, or even looking at race. People love to point out our differences and make those a bad thing. Whereas in human design, it's the science of differentation. So it's the science of how we're different, but how beautiful that is. And at an energetic level. And so I tend to be someone, this is because I have an open mind in human design, I tend to be someone that sees all perspectives. And I love that about myself. But where I'm going with this is that human design is not a religion, and it doesn't go against your religion. It just is something to experiment with and play with and learn more about yourself with. It can help you to understand yourself at a level. If we were to talk about any of the other personality tests out there, like Enneagram or Myers-Briggs, then you could argue that that goes against your religion if you wanted to.
[00:14:49.350]
Simply, you just could because if you're bucketing human design as something that goes against your religion, it's like saying that a personality test goes against your religion. It doesn't have to be so serious. I've also never done a reading with someone that doesn't resonate with their human design. So just saying it can be very useful. So the question is, it's not that if it's real, the question is, is it useful? And as I just said, I've never done a session with someone that doesn't resonate with their design and that it hasn't helped. And for me, I don't think it matters if it's real or not. I think it matters if it's helping someone and changing their in your life. And in my sessions, the number of people that cry, that break down when they learn about themselves, when they find out about something that they are actually designed to be or maybe that they're designed not to be and that they've been living a life not true to who they are, it's emotional in the best way, right? It helps people really break through things that have been keeping them stuck. And so I like to tell people that it doesn't really matter if it's real or not, because as I was saying, is anything real?
[00:16:05.810]
I mean, honestly, if you really want to hit a joint and think about it, is anything really real in the world? I mean, no. I If you really, like I said, want to sit there and ponder, which I have, actually, I don't even know that I recommend doing that because it starts to become a little bit anxiety-ridden, at least for me. Anyway, not to go off on big spiritual conversation. But, well, I don't know, that's the whole point of this podcast, so I can do that, I suppose. But just saying that it doesn't matter what is real. It just matters what helps people, what helps people get to their next level, what helps people to be better versions of themselves? What makes people happy? And how can you contribute to the happiness of them? And that's something that I'm incredibly passionate about doing in the world. And so I also wanted to just say what human design is not. Since I talked about so many reasons or things that human design is, I wanted to talk about what it isn't. So first and foremost, human design is not a cult. That's the other one that I get sometimes.
[00:17:18.620]
They're like, oh, my gosh, it's this cult. It's Scientology. Nope, it's definitely not. Like I said, it doesn't really ask you to believe in anything. I don't go to some ceremony I don't have some leader that I follow. The guy that channels Human Design is not alive. It has nothing to do with you not being able to leave something. I looked up the definition of a cult one time to get some insight into what that, by definition, it meant. And it just doesn't... It's not. It's just like it's an interest. It's like people being interested in Duncan Donuts. I'm interested in human design. That's just something that I like. Or if you're interested in, I don't know, maybe you love some video game that you play. So you're really into learning all the things about this video game. I don't know. This was maybe a lame example, but that's just like, this is an interest, and it can help people. So it's not predictive either. Some people will ask me, Can you read into my... Can you tell me my ideal partner? Anything about love coming up in my chart or anything I should be aware of that is going to happen in the future.
[00:18:36.200]
Unfortunately, human design is not predictive, so I can't do that for you. I wish that I could. Human design, like I said, just literally tells us about how your energy works and some of the gifts that you carry, some of your strengths. And it does not always get into... Not always, it never gets into prediction. The only prediction that can happen with human design is that there are these things called gates, which are essentially Essentially, are gifts. And every single day, these change based on where the planets are. And so what this means is that at any point, there are different gifts that are being lit up within your chart, and those gifts are things that you can just embrace. It's like the energy for the day that you get to try on and feel into, but it's not predictive because it won't really say that anything's going to happen. It doesn't do that. Astrology does that, but human design Human design does not. You know what? Human design also isn't here to tell us what to do. It doesn't tell you that you should do this thing. You should be this person. Like I said, it's not about fitting yourself into a box.
[00:19:43.460]
It's about playing with this information. So if you're reading your chart and hearing about, for example, like Gate 5 is all about fixed rhythms and routines. And if you have that, you're more susceptible to being more routine-based. Now, here's a nuance in the arrows or called the variables of our chart. If they are more right-facing, that will tell you that you are more of a receptive human being, and you're not really meant to be so strategic and routine. And so those can be differentiating parts of your chart. And so sometimes people will learn about different aspects and they like, okay, I have to do this because that's what my chart said. And it's like, no, there's obviously layers. So I recommend getting a reading because of that. But there are layers to how things impact us. There are different areas where that thing shows up. And so it's good to have the synthesis of how all the things lean together versus it more so being that because of this, that's who I am now, versus, well, do you follow a routine in your life today? Is that something that feels good for you? Yes or no?
[00:20:57.560]
What if it's no? I'm honestly speaking to myself here because I have this gait and I'm learning to be better at routines. And looking into the planets of my chart, this is actually an area for growth of me. So it's something that I've been really passionate about and leaning into. And so That said, that's something that I'm learning, and that's what I help other people learn more things about, because I'm meant to do relatively okay with a routine versus if I had all right facing arrows, I might not do so well with that. So anyway, that That said, there are a lot of different parts of our chart, and it's not meant to tell us what to do. It's just meant to be played with and see how things show up. So that's something I'm playing with, experimenting with. And it's not meant to be overwhelming and inaccessible. And I know that that's how it feels right now. So I hope that I can change that. And I hope that this podcast sheds light on how it can be more accessible and more digestible for you and how you can bring it into your life.
[00:21:58.580]
And it's not meant to be memorized. You're not meant to look at your chart and remember all the things. I was just putting something together today, and I learned a part about my chart that I had learned before, but it was like, oh, my gosh. As I sometimes read the words in human design, it's just like new pieces stick out to me and they land differently based on where I'm at in my life. So that said, it's not meant to be memorized and to get in our heads. It's more so about getting into our body. And so how we can get into body is by really understanding how our energy type works. So whether you're a generator, a manifesting generator, a projector, a manifester, or a reflector, and then looking at your strategy, which is just how you strategically can use your energy to bring you aligned opportunities. And then looking into that authority, which is just your intuition. So tuning into those two things and every single decision you make using those two pieces. So human design How it helps us is to align with what those pieces are, what your strategy and authority is, is the first thing.
[00:23:09.460]
It's the key in readings. I've said this before. After we get through your energy type and strategy and authority, I'll be like, We could probably just leave right now because this is everything you need to know. Obviously, I don't. That's not how reading works. But I'll say, This is the most important piece that you need to know and remember and take into your life. I actually offer a journaling exercise when I do sessions. I basically tell people to lean into that strategy and authority by looking at something called your signature theme and your not self-theme. So if you go to my website and look up your chart, it's thedesignofyou. Com/get-your-chart. And you'll type in your birth info, your little body graph will come up, and on the side, there will be a list of parts of your chart. And so you'll have your energy type, and then you'll have your strategy, and then you'll have authority. Look at those, and then look at your signature theme and your not self-theme. And there will be a little thing in parentheses that says the sign you're in alignment or the sign that you're out of alignment. And that's exactly what that is.
[00:24:15.860]
So for example, for generators, they will feel satisfied when they're in alignment, and they will feel frustrated when they're out of alignment. For manifesting generators, they will feel satisfied first, and then they'll feel a peaceful calmness when they're in alignment. And then when they're out of alignment, they'll also feel frustration, but they'll also feel a little note of anger. Projectors, when they're in alignment, they will feel successful. And when they're out of alignment, they will feel bitter. Manifestors, they will feel a sense of calmness or peacefulness when they're in alignment. And when they're out of alignment, they will feel angry. And then finally, reflectors, when they're in alignment, they will feel surprised. They'll pleasantly surprise themselves. And then when they're out of alignment, they will feel disappointed. And so how you can lean into that is by every single day just reflecting on it. You can do it right now. You can reflect on the past however many months in your life. You can reflect on what made me feel really satisfied, peaceful, success, or surprised, depending on what your energy type is. And then what made me feel really not great, so frustrated, angry, bitter, disappointed.
[00:25:39.540]
Just reflecting on that. And then maybe daily or weekly, you start to say, what really satisfied me today? And it could be as simple as, It felt so good to be in my pajamas all day and binge watch my favorite show on Netflix. That was super satisfying. Or maybe it was super satisfying, and And I'm talking about generators because that's what I am. Maybe it was super satisfying that you checked everything off your to-do list and got all these things done. Or maybe if you're a reflector, it really surprised you. Or maybe if you're a reflector, maybe it really surprised you when someone you haven't connected with came up to you. Or maybe you really surprised yourself by how much you got done the other day. So just leaning into those things, leaning into that signature theme, and then also leaning into to the not self theme and really just starting to recognize what makes you not feel so great and falling into that out of alignment theme, that not self theme, that's not you. By doing that, then we can start to actually look at that list. And I'm not like, yes, you can reflect on it, but I actually do encourage people to really write it down because, for example, I was struggling with when I was first learning about my design was like, okay, so if I'm supposed to trust my gut as a generator, and I'm constantly magnetizing things for me to respond to, it never is going to light me up to do the dishes.
[00:27:07.110]
That's never going to make me excited. There was a reframe that I heard that said, well, what would satisfy me? Would it feel really satisfying for me to have done the dishes and now I have a clean kitchen? Yeah, it would. Or maybe for a projector, would that feel really successful? Yeah, it would. So leaning into those feelings can actually I help you understand how to notice what things actually made you feel those notes. And so at the end of your day, once you do that reflection, you can start to see and definitely look at the things that don't make you feel good, like that not self theme, because then you can identify, where am I out of alignment or where am I putting my energy that is actually causing me to feel not myself? And why is that? And what you'll notice is there's a formula. So it's strategy plus authority equals signature theme. So strategy is like, like I said, how can I strategically use my energy, my energy type, with my intuition, which is your authority, to have alignment, your signature theme. And every time you don't do that every time, maybe you're forcing things, getting in your head, trying to be smart, trying to think smart.
[00:28:20.290]
If you have emotional authority, maybe it's being impulsive, not waiting. Just depends on what your authority is. That can always lead you to that not self-theme. So you can just reflect on what the thing was that made you feel the not self theme. So here's another example. It's a frustration for me. So I know one of the things is when I don't work out, I get really frustrated with myself. If I sleep in too late or if I don't create a workout in my day. I'll get really frustrated that I didn't do the thing that I know makes me feel really satisfied. And so then it's like, okay, but why was that? Why didn't I make that decision? And so then it's like, did I use my authority? No, because I knew it didn't feel good. My gut told me that it wasn't good if I didn't do that thing. And so since I didn't work out now, I didn't listen to my intuition. And so I didn't respond correctly energetically to something that I know would have made me feel really good inside that my intuition said to go do. I had that pain.
[00:29:18.830]
So that's what it looks like. And that's the last thing I'll say and just offering you to get involved in your human design. And so if you've looked up your chart, just reflect on that and maybe try it And let me know if you do. I'd love to hear from you in a DM or a text or email, whatever access you have to me. Definitely let me know if that helps you or benefits you in any way, because I know that practice alone has changed my life and has continued to change the lives of people that I work with. So that is really how human design can help us, because it allows us to reflect and have these tools based on who we are energetically to be the best versions of ourselves and to just create less friction. On that note, unrelated but related in my world is manifestation. Manifestation is something I'm extremely passionate about, and that's because manifestation has been something that I've been able to master in a lot of ways. I'm really good at it. And when we think about manifestation and human design, when we're in alignment, when we're feeling that high vibe, that signature theme, we manifest very quickly.
[00:30:32.890]
The things come into our life quicker than we have to work for them. There's not a lot of resistance. There's not a lot of friction. If you're feeling friction, that's just a sign that it's not the right time or the right thing. I always tell people that this is how you manifest. If you can align that frequency, that feeling, to the best version of you, then you can have anything that you want. So it also leans into that as well. And honestly, I know some of you listening are like, What What the hell is manifestation? And that sounds crazy to me to even think that some people wouldn't know that. But manifestation is just how can you bring in the things that you desire into your life? And so how it works is you just have to, one, believe it, work at it, and then also raise that frequency as if you already have it to that good energy vibes, and then that's how it comes into your life. Those are some notes on just human design, what it is, what it is not, how it helps us, and how that leans into manifestation. But before I finish, I want to get into some mini-readings.
[00:31:37.280]
So I'm blown away, first of all, by the amount of people that have submitted for a mini-reading with me. I had this idea where I was like, I love giving guidance to people. It's super fun for me. And so I wanted to offer a way to look at someone's chart and look at something that they're going through and give them some guidance. You guys can get an insight look inside look into the work that I do with people one on one. And just so you can also see how human design helps us. The goal is that at the end of every episode, I will do like one or two, maybe three, depending on the time. I will dig into someone's chart and offer some guidance. I have received, no joke, over 100 submissions. So I also wanted to just say I'm so sorry if I don't get to you. It's not that I don't want to offer you guidance. It's just that I receive so much that I don't know that I can get to everyone. So I'll get to as many as I can, and I honestly might close it down for a little bit, so maybe I can try to get through more of these.
[00:32:37.920]
But I know that guidance sometimes can be very timely, so I also don't want to... Anyway, that's just me just saying I don't know that I'm going to take it away yet or if I'm going to keep it. So I'm thinking about it, but it definitely will be there. It's just a matter of if I'm going to close it until I get through these or a matter of if I'm going to just keep it open and then just go with the ones that are most recent. Okay, that said, let's get into them.
[00:33:13.410]
Okay, so the first chart I'm going to get into is from Andrea. She is a 6-2 projector with Splenic or Splenic Authority. Andrea says, I'm a budding entrepreneur working my 9:00 to 5:00 to support my dreams, but the long-term My current goal is to have my business provide for me in a way that I can quit my day job. How can I best show up to magnetize my dream client? So first and foremost, it is hard to say that without knowing specifically what it is that you're like, what your dream client would be. But what I will add here is, so projectors are really people that are meant to wait for invitations or recognition. So their strategy, like how they can strategically bring them the most aligned opportunities is to really wait, master their craft, become the best at whatever it is that they're really interested in, and know that invitations and recognition will come by doing the thing that they love. What this can look like day to day is like, so if you're a projector and say that... So since you said you are an entrepreneur and you've said something about clients. So I'm going to use an example because I don't know exactly what yours is.
[00:34:28.310]
But so I'm going to use an example of like, so say you are, maybe you're someone that builds websites and you want to magnetize that dream client that wants to get there, that wants to work with you, loves what you do, really sees you, and knows that you're amazing at the work that you do. And so they want to work with you. They want to be a client of yours. So what you can do is, so mastering your craft would be continuing to do the thing that you love to do. So building websites or putting out content, perhaps. Social media is really great. Actually, a lot of influencers are projectors. Not that you can't be an influencer if you're not, and you have to if you're a projector. But I've just noticed this in my own observation that a lot of influencers are projectors. And I always felt like that was really energetically correct because it's like they do something that they love and then people see it, and then they can follow them or subscribe or whatever, comment in react with it. And so using the example of being a website designer, maybe it's like you keep doing that, and then people start to recognize that, and then they start to come on in.
[00:35:42.730]
The worst thing that you could do would be to would be to reach out to people. Hey, I do websites. Would you like to work with me? That would probably be one of the worst things for you to do because that's not really waiting for that recognition, the invitation. You want to wait for someone to reach out to you first and really see you for what you are. And an invitation doesn't have to be a formal sign, seal, delivered in the mail, but it could be someone just simply liking or interacting with you, and then you noticing that, and then starting to form a conversation around that. Something in your chart is you have the channel of insights or the channel of the genius to freak, which tells me that some people either really get what it is that you do, and some people just totally don't. This is a really powerful thing because this really leans into the projector. This is a projected channel. So people who really see you and recognize your brilliance and what you're really good at, they just think you're genius. And so this can be a really powerful aspect.
[00:36:46.950]
And on the other hand, the people that don't, they won't see that. They're going to think you're freaky, and that's okay. It's actually really, like I said, a positive thing. So just know that you're susceptible to that because it basically connects your mind to your throat. It's like you want to speak your mind. And so it's either like some people want to hear what you have to say, they want to hear what's on your mind, and some people just don't. So magnetizing your dream client will be all about getting into that alignment of just mastering your craft, being that projector that sees the world in that upgraded way, and just working on what it is that you're good at, whatever your business is. And your instincts will really tell you who is right for you or not, what offerings are right for you, what clients are right for you. So really trust those instincts, that really quick urge, that spontaneous feeling that just tells you when something's right, that's your intuition in your specific design. And just know that that will allow you to step into that. One other thing is your profile, you're 6'2, so you've got that role model piece.
[00:37:51.270]
Actually, the version you sent me, I actually don't have your birth time. So I don't know if you're over the age of 30 or not, but basically anyone who has a 6 in their profile, their life goes three phases. And so the first 30 years of your life is all about experimenting and trying things out and just making a lot of mistakes, but in the best way because you're learning a lot of lessons. And after the age of 30, you really start to get closer to stepping into this role model position. Just knowing that the more that you can accept that people will start to see you as that role model and that they'll really see you as this person that's been through a lot and has a lot of life experience and as someone that they can learn from, you become that role model.
[00:38:30.460]
And that also is really helpful in you marketing.
[00:38:33.880]
And then the last thing I'll say is you do have a two in your profile as well, the 6-2. The two tells me that you're just someone who likes your independence and likes to be in your own flow. You like to step away from being around people so much. So I would say in whatever it is that you do, I would allow yourself to have that space to process before then jumping back into that role model role. So really set up a balance in your day to day schedule so you're not always helping people and being that wise sage and then also allowing yourself to just have time to decompress. Okay, so this next chart is Chloe. Chloe is a manifester. And Chloe says, I would like to know How can I find my identity as a singer? What are the biggest things that make me me and how to create without harming my mental health? My biggest ambition is to unite every human being in peace and love through my art, but I tend to put art and others in first place at the expense of my health and don't want to do that anymore.
[00:39:38.080]
I want to do art that doesn't harm my mental and physical health and unites people to change the world, but I just don't know how to do it. I tend to create chaotic situations in my head, and it feels like it's my only creative source. Wow. Okay. Thank you so much for sharing that with me, Chloe. I pulled up your chart here and so many interesting things. So first of all, Chloe is a manifester, and manifesters are people that they are the trailblazers. They get these impulses from the universe, these creative bursts and urges to follow and do certain things. It's important that they follow those. But while they're doing that, they inform people of where they're going along the way. And that's their strategy. They're strategically supposed to inform people. That's how they can strategically use their energy to bring them the most aligned opportunities. So one of the things of being a manifester is that your strategy is to inform. And so when you inform, that's how you can strategically bring yourself the most aligned opportunities and also bring that emotional authority with you, which you also have. And so before I dive into that, I just want to say that one of the hardest things for manifesters, one of their biggest lessons is this whole notion of permission.
[00:40:55.620]
I used to joke, manifesters have one of the easiest strategies. They just have to tell people what they're doing, but it's not easy for a manifester. It seems that way for everyone else. Manifestors really struggle with telling people what they have going on or where they want to go because they have this sense of every time I tell someone what I'm doing, they It's like I'm asking for permission, and it's not permission.
[00:41:18.950]
It really strategically helps you. One of the biggest things is also, manifesters are meant to be bold and big and unapologetic.
[00:41:29.640]
They have one biggest auras. And so allowing yourself to have that big ambition, allowing yourself to be that singer, and to know that, continue to create. And if you're feeling like your mental health is taking a toll, there's two things. One, I would say, are you creating for you? Are you creating for someone else? Secondly, are you taking people's thoughts or opinions on what it is that you are creating or how you sing into account because you should really try to release that and just know that you're not meant to bring people and inform them in because you want them to tell you what to do. You're meant to just inform them so that it sets you up for success and they just know what you're doing. So you're not meant to let people get in your head and tell you how you should do things or what you should be doing. Just do it and just know that if you tell people, that will set you up for success. And it also will allow people to either get in line with you or get out of it. I always joke that manifesters, it's like you're a bus driver, right?
[00:42:35.850]
So it's like, Hey, guys, this is where I'm going. I am a singer, and I want to start singing. I want to create. I want to unite people and peace, and I want people to feel love through my art. Do you want to get on this bus, or do you want to meet me at the next stop? Or maybe this just isn't the right bus for you. Know that your energy is so big that your bus is huge. And so when you pull up to that stop and that someone sees, they hear what you have going on, it's like they're either almost instantly like, Hell, yeah, I want to get on this bus. I definitely want to go where you're going.
[00:43:14.360]
Or, not really, but have fun along the way, or maybe I'll catch you at the next stop.
[00:43:20.010]
Not right now. So just know that when people say they're not interested in getting on your bus, they're not interested in what you have going on, or maybe they tell you they want you to go in a different direction, they want you to take your bus to this place, not that place. You're not meant to take that into account. You have your own GPS. You have your own place that you're going. And so my advice for you is just to trust that you know what you're doing and to trust that ambition and make sure that it's something that feels really good for you. You have emotional authority, so it's best that you give yourself some time when making decisions, give yourself clarity. You want to make sure that your emotions are feeling overwhelmed by what whatever is in front of you, you want to give yourself just some time. Time is really your best friend. So it's like, okay, maybe if you're doing this thing or starting this piece of art or you're working on this project, I would give yourself, when you're thinking of new things, I would just give yourself some time to really feel into it because you ride an emotional wave.
[00:44:16.250]
And so sometimes that wave is high and sometimes it's low. At a high, it can feel like, oh, my gosh, this is the best thing. And at a low, it can feel like, Oh, my gosh, this is so overwhelming. So sometimes when making decisions or when a decision presents itself in front of you, you just want to give yourself some ample to just feel into it.
[00:44:31.870]
And how you can feel into it could be tapping into journaling or walking or whatever it is that gets you out of your head and into your body and just release those emotions and then get to that clarity. And then that's when you can go, Okay, yeah, this is something I want to go and do. Go initiate, go start that thing.
[00:44:47.820]
Tell people who need to be told what you have going on and know that they're not going to get in your way. It just sets you up for success that way. So I hope that that helps. And the more peace and calmness that you feel feel, the better off you are. And if you're feeling angry, just know that that's a sign that you just need to lean back into that intuition.
