WHAT IS ENERGY TYPE IN HUMAN DESIGN?

Your energy type will tell you how your energy best operates (along with your energetic gifts) and assign you to 1 of 5 different types:

Your Energy Type is most important to know and understand. After pulling your chart on my website, there will be a chart summary on the right-hand side, where your Energy Type will be listed.

Your Energy Type serves as a manual for utilizing one's energy effectively in various parts of life, including relationships, partnerships, teams, families, and work. It reveals one's innate strengths and potential weaknesses.

Each of the 5 Energy Types has its own unique way of interacting with and navigating the world, and understanding it is a crucial step in tapping into your full potential and living a more fulfilling and aligned life.

WHAT YOUR ENERGY TYPE TELLS YOU

Your Energy Type explains how your aura or energy field works, which is how your energy feels to other people.
Your Energy Type shows your specific Strategy, which is how you strategically work with your energy.
Your Energy Type explains your signature theme and your not-self theme, which are how you know you are in alignment with your energy and signs you are not, respectively.

Projectors:

Role: Guides, seers, and directors of others' energy.

Role: Initiators who start new projects and actions.

Strategy: Inform & initiate

Generators make up 35-38% of the population.

Generators are the life force of the population who are designed with the fuel and energy to sustain work. They are the builders and creators. Their biggest lesson is to use this energy on what lights them up, rather than what they “should” do. When they do what ignites their soul, it creates more energy for everyone.

MANIFESTING GENERATORS

Manifesting Generators make up 32% of the population.

Manifesting Generators are multi-passionate beings with the drive of a Manifestor and the ability to accomplish like a Generator. They are known for their ability to bring things to life quickly and efficiently. When they follow their curiosities and do what lights them up, they uplift the energy around them. Their biggest lesson is to not fit in a box or find their “one thing” and to continue to be multi-hyphenate.

PROJECTORS

Projectors make up 22% of the population.

Projectors are the seers, guides, and masters of systems and processes. Their energy is focused on guiding and directing others because they observe and absorb everything. Their biggest lesson is to lean into rest, rather than trying to push themselves too hard. It is also to focus on what interests them and trust that people will see their gifts.

MANIFESTORS

Manifestors make up 3-5% of the population.

Manifestors are the impactful trailblazers that get creative bursts of ideas they must see through. They are the only type that can initiate action rather than wait. Their biggest lesson is to learn to let people in on their plans by informing others of where they are going. They also must learn to embrace their bold energy and be unapologetic about who they are.

REFLECTORS

Reflectors make up less than 1% of the population.

Reflectors are gentle, rare observers who can mirror and reflect the energy of everyone and everything around them. They are the sensitive and resilient ones that make us all feel seen or confronted. They are cosmic beings affected by the cycles of the moon, as well as their environments. Their biggest lesson is to embrace their unique energy and perspective, rather than getting lost in who everyone else is.
