Evening Routine Ideas according to your energy type
Generators: Use up all of your energy before getting into bed, and be careful not to start anything that lights you up beforehand.
Manifesting Generators: Get into bed before you're tired and use this time to read, watch a show, or even finish up some work
Manifestors: Rest in bed for an hour before sleeping, using this time to meditate and relax before bed.
Projectors: Spend time in bed before you feel tired to unwind and release any energy that doesn't belong to you.
Reflectors: Release excess energy you've gained throughout the day and give yourself ample time to unwind and relax before bed.
using healthy sleep habits in your wellness routine
Generators and Manifesting Generators:
As sacral beings, it's important to use up your sacral energy before going to sleep. If you are still "generating" when it's time for bed, you will no doubt have trouble sleeping. Unlike the other energy types, you do not have difficulties sleeping near others due to your defined sacral.
Manifestors, Projectors, and Reflectors:
As a non-sacral being, it can be useful to sleep on your own to get rid of any excess energy. It can be very difficult to sleep near others, especially sacral beings, as you can't help but run their energy through your system.
Projectors and Reflectors, you may notice that you require more rest than others, and might enjoy a nap during the day.
How Consistency influences your wellness routine
Take a look at your environment variable arrow (the bottom left arrow at the top of your bodygraph) and consider whether it is right-facing or left-facing.
Left Facing Arrow:
You will most likely work better with consistency and structure.
It may be helpful to have workout routines and self-care practices that are done consistently every day.
Using a planner to schedule out your day may be very supportive for you so you can focus your energy elsewhere.
Right Facing Arrow:
You may find that you tend to be more "go with the flow."
Having a rigid routine might make you feel trapped and not give you enough freedom to move through your day.
Allowing yourself to change things up and be less consistent in your routines will give you the energy you're seeking.
