Hello everybody. Welcome to another episode of The Design Of You. I am in a really good mood today and that means that this is about to be a really good podcast and I'm gonna tell you guys why I'm in a good mood. So. If you've been listening to the podcast, if you've been paying any attention to what I've had going on in my world, I just wrapped up a six week human design training called Human Design Mastery, and it was such a beautiful closing ceremony.

I feel just. I don't even have the words. I feel so full. I feel so happy. I feel like a little bit of a weight is off my shoulder if I'm being completely honest. It has been an intense six weeks. So in my human design training, which is again called human design mastery, we met twice a week for three hours each.

So every Tuesday and Thursday for about three hours and It has been such a beautiful program. I liked the container and how close knit we all got in the past six weeks and let me tell you, it flew by and I kept saying when we closed out our ceremony that, you know, time flies when we're having fun and it really Oh, I just have to say, if you guys hear noises in the background, my dog Gus Gus is laying next to me and he is just snoring his little heart out.

I didn't want to move him, he was so cute. So if you hear some weird noises in the background, it's just my dog.. But yeah, it was just, ah, I, I'm, I was on Cloud 9, so today is Friday, , October 27th, a few days before this comes out, and I, yeah, I closed out the, the group yesterday, and there's still so much more to come with the group, and some stuff that they're excited about, and I'm excited about that I'm putting together, But I closed out yesterday, and then afterwards I sat in my office and I cried like a little baby, and it was a happy cry, like a, I'm proud of myself, it was a release, I felt so just light, but also you Just so much gratitude, just so much gratitude, overwhelming gratitude filled throughout my body, and I'm really proud of myself, and I'm really proud of this community, so thank you to all of you that are here and support me and my work, and I just, I, I cannot express it enough, I just want to wrap my arms around every single one of you and give you a hug and smooch your face and just tell you how much I love you, so thank you if you've been in HDM and even if you're just here, but I love you.

So I closed out the call, and I, , ended up, so I, after I cried, I went to, I ran a couple errands with Xander, and then I scheduled myself a 90 minute massage. I did that ahead of time because I knew my body just deserved it, and, oh my goodness, let me tell you, I about fell asleep during this massage. It was so amazing.

It felt so good. I don't even think the 90 minutes was as much as I needed. I could have done at least two hours, but it was such a great way to just honor my body and the hard work that I've done over the past couple months. And not only that, so I was like, you know what? I'm gonna treat myself. So I got done with the massage and then I ordered takeout sushi.

Actually, I door dashed it to my house. I got home and I was like, I'm gonna have a glass of red wine. And I had a glass of red wine and something that you guys don't know about me. is that I am a huge Bachelor fan. I am the definition of a girl. Like, I am the girliest of the girls. And I love the Bachelorette.

Any of their spinoffs, I am a diehard fan. Not sure if that's a, something that will turn people off or, or turn them on, but I, that's just who I am and I'm interested in that. And I live for it. So I've been obsessed with the Golden Bachelor. I think it is the cutest thing that that show has ever done. And I weep like a baby every single time I watch an episode.

So I came home and that's my favorite show right now. And then afterwards I do Bachelor in Paradise for two hours. So basically there's three hours of The Bachelor. So I got home, I got sushi, I poured myself a glass of wine. I curled up on the couch with my dog. And I watched my show and then to top it all off, Taylor Swift to just add to me being a girly girl.

I think you guys should know this, but I am a freaking massive Swifty. Like I am the person that is like into the Easter eggs. I feel like there's definitely more intense Swifties than me, but I am, I am a Swifty. Like you will see me sharing, I mean, Taylor Swift is like, I'm one of the top. I mean, I think there's a lot of people that are top listeners, but on my spot, if I rapped, it'll tell you that I'm like in the 1 percent of listeners at the top.

Like, I live for Taylor Swift. She's my girl and she just came out with her Re release of 1989 Taylor's version, which is really special because and I know Swifties here gonna be like I really don't understand what the hell's going on Like I I know cuz lots of people in my life are not Swifties and they're like I just don't get what the fuck She's doing.

And so let me tell you what she's doing. So basically she's Rerecording all of her old albums because she lost her Her masters to I don't know the details like in the full length. So this is what I gather, but she lost the masters to her music. A. K. She doesn't own her music or the rights to her music because Scooter Braun did some shady ass shit.

And basically he owns a lot of her music. So she was like, fuck it. I'm gonna re record all my old albums and it's been it. A dream come true for a Swiftie. And you know what's interesting, I'm a diehard Swiftie, but I didn't become a Swiftie until 1989. So this is why this is important. Because I liked Taylor Swift in the beginning and then everyone always talks about like Red and speaking out.

I was not a Swiftie then and in fact, I remember there was a moment when I was in high school where I was like, I don't really get it. Like, she just didn't do it for me. Like, I kind of thought she was annoying and I feel like I became a Swiftie when everyone decided that they weren't Swifties anymore.

And I feel like that matters because that means that I really like her. I don't know. Cause I finally was like, I'm going to be a Swiftie when no one else likes her anymore. So 1989 came out, I was in college and I remember listening to shake it off and blank space. And I remember. Literally sitting in my cousin's she didn't live in a dorm.

So my cousin Olivia and my bestie Emily They lived in like a little off campus apartment the first semester of college and I remember sitting in olivia's room And watching taylor swift's blank space music video and just being like enamored by her And became obsessed with that album. I remember that That winter, we went to Pittsburgh and, , we were in Cleveland and then Pittsburgh, a group of my friends from college, and I, we, or we listened to that the whole way, and I was like, oh my god, I love her, and then she came out with Reputation, and that's when everyone was like, what in the frick does she have going on?

She's crazy now, and I was I love it. I love it so much. I love it. And I went to Europe in 2017, which is when that came out, and I went a couple weeks later and I listened to that album the whole plane ride there and back, and I just, , I love that album. I can't wait for her remake of that too, but. Truly, yesterday was a dream for me.

Like, that's what I'm trying to say. I'm in a really good mood because I, yeah, just had, I closed out this incredible program, I had a massage, I had a glass of red wine, which I freaking love, and I'm not drinking a lot right now in my life, so it was a Very, very nice. It was a wonderful first sip that I had and had sushi, which I also love.

And then watch my show and then listen to my girl. And then I took a shower and curled into bed and had my PJs on and my big t shirt. And I slept like a little baby. And then I woke up and I did something new today, which is also making me feel like I'm in a good mood because it's something I've been wanting to do for a while.

And that is Pilates. Believe it or not, I've never taken a Pilates class, and I think because when I got interested in potentially even taking a Pilates class, it's just really hard to find. I don't, this is probably not the case everywhere. Where I live in Orange County, specifically Newport Beach, Costa Mesa area, it's kind of challenging to find Pilates studios that have openings available So, regularly.

So I've just struggled with finding a class that works for my schedule and also I, I'm a core power, , I do yoga core power pretty regularly. If any of you girls are into the hot yoga, that's my jam. Or, or guys,. And so I went with a friend today. We've been trying to go for like two months together, and it's just not working out, but it was honestly not as hard as I thought.

Definitely core power. It feels a little bit harder than the Pilates does, but maybe it's just the hot room. I don't know, but I really liked it and I feel really good. I'm nervous to See how sore I am tomorrow because everyone says there's like muscles you move in Pilates that you didn't even know you had, which I don't know, because honestly, like, I feel like I move a lot in, in yoga.

So anywho, I'm excited about just that. And I've been listening to Taylor Swift's version of 1989 and all of her vault songs, which is basically new songs that she released that were from that period of time. And yeah, I've been like Easter egging, , Easter egging, loving all the Easter egg Parts with, , Easter egg parts, what I mean by that is, like, all her little, like, hidden hints and clues and trying to put it all together with my, my old roomie, Sarah, who we, we just bond over our Taylor Swift.

I texted her last night because right before I went to bed, I was in my kitchen just listening to it and I started dancing around in, like, the kitchen light and I just, like, I actually, like, wanted to cry because I, truly one of my favorite parts of my life was when I lived with my roommate, Sarah, who I lived with for three years.

I'll have to tell a story about stuff that we've gone through together. But, , we are both Swifties and she's a bigger Swiftie than I am. And we just put jam to her new albums. And yeah, I texted her and I said, I miss you so much. And I am thinking of you because I'm dancing in my kitchen right now to 1989 Taylor's version.

And it's reminding me of you. And she was like, Oh my gosh, like, love you forever. Guys, my dog is really snoring in the background. I honestly hope you can hear it because it is loud. Like, we paid for this dog to get a nose job earlier this year, so I don't know how he still snores like a literal choo choo train, but it's fine.

, the other reason I wanted to say that I'm so joyful is because this is my favorite time of the year. My birthday is in less than two weeks. It is. November 9th. And I love my birthday. I really do. I'm a birthday girl and I'm proud of that. I know like Xander always is saying that people do way too much for their birthdays and that's just because his birthday is January 9th and everyone's doing dry January and everyone's sick of like being around humans because of the holidays.

And he kind of gets the short end of the stick and I try to make it a bigger deal for him but he just Doesn't really care, but I am a birthday girl and something that I firmly believe, I believe I saw this on a TikTok, it was like, girls who celebrate their birthday, have you ever noticed that they have everything that they want in life?

But I feel like this is a really great segue into today's episode topic, because today we're going to be talking about manifestation. And I want you guys to know that I have prepped really hard for this episode and I To be completely honest, I really don't prep for episodes because my undefined throat will just go in all directions when I have something to say, but today I wanted to do something kind of workshop style, and I think this is going to be really good because here's the deal.

I know there's all sorts of manifestation courses out there, I've thought about releasing one at some point, and I may still do that at some point, I have no plans right now, so don't take this as I'm doing that, but maybe, you know, we'll see where life takes me in the next year or so, but I wanted to give you guys the full rounded perspective on manifestation that I have, and I want to provide a step by step perspective.

I do have an episode that I released earlier this year that's on my manifestation story, and there are some steps to manifest there, and it's around using human design to manifest, but I wanted to just do a dedicated episode to manifestation that I wanted to just do a dedicated episode to manifestation that And honestly, I know a lot of you drive when you listen to your podcast, or are taking a walk, or maybe you're on the elliptical, I don't really know what I listen to podcasts, those are the, those are the areas that I listen, so I assume, but I don't want to make an ass out of you and me.

But I'm bum. I'm sure you guys have heard that before., anywho, so I am doing this work workbook style, so if you can, I definitely recommend you ta having a piece of paper or a notebook in front of you with a pen. And I'm gonna ask you guys to write some things down because this is going to be a step-by-step manifestation process and.

It is the way that I work with manifestation. Sometimes this is indirectly. Like, I really sat down and put this together, and I feel like I could, like I said, make a whole course on this. But I sat down, I put these all together, and I subconsciously kind of do all these things in different ways. But, so yeah, so what I'm trying to say is grab a pen and paper, write some shiz down, and , yeah, this is gonna be really fun, really informative.

And really practical because I know that if you hear the word manifestation is a buzzword out there today, people are constantly talking about manifestation and all the ways. And that's because I feel like people are finally coming around to just the idea of energetics, which isn't even an idea is scientifically proven.

I don't know why people. I have to even talk about manifestation like it's not real anymore because it's fucking real. Like, there are so many studies out there on manifestation, on energetics, on the power of belief. And I have been, I talk about this in my life every single day. Ask Xander, ask my mother, ask anyone who talks to me on a weekly basis.

I talk about energetics and the science behind bringing things into your life. Every single day. It is something I am deeply passionate about to the point that I almost threw this human design thing in the bag and not that I don't love human design, by the way, is one of the most potent manifestation tools, which we will talk about.

And if you want a full episode on that again, I already have an episode dedicated to it from February of 2023, but I almost threw in the towel on the human design thing just to basically build a manifestation Business or company because I fully wholeheartedly believe in manifestation to the utmost power, and I am someone who has manifested really incredible things in my life, and I don't just say that as like a humble brag or something.

No, like I have, I have done what they say, the work. Which, it's not that much work when you just, when you kind of lay it out the way that I'm going to. Manifestation is so powerful, and I'm here to tell you guys every single way that I do it. And I will tell you all the little techniques as well. I actually, inside my program called The Method, I actually taught this.

And I'm adding even more to that, so that's why I thought this would be a great episode to share this week. So, that said, let's get into it!

Okay, we're back to talk about Stepster Manifestation. I officially kicked my beloved GusGus out of the office because His snores were so loud, I cannot wait to re listen to this audio just to hear him grumble in the back, but yeah, it was like, you gotta go. And I felt sad because his little face looked back at me like, Mom, I just want to be right next to you when you record.

But I was like, yes, I would love you to be here too, but you are a literal choo choo train next to me. So, you gotta go to the hallway. Okay, so let's talk about manifestation. The first thing I think that's important to cover is just what is manifestation. And so manifestation, it is the process of bringing your desires into reality by aligning your thoughts, beliefs, and energy with what you want to achieve.

It is based on the principle that your thoughts and emotions have the ability to shape your experiences. And the Law of Attraction, you know we have universal laws, the Law of Attraction being one of them, suggests that like attracts like, meaning positive or negative thoughts can attract corresponding outcomes.

Okay? To put it simply, manifestation is just bringing to reality what you desire. It's taking a thought and making it appear in front of you. You want to build a home one day, all of a sudden you're building a home. You want to make a million dollars all of a sudden. You've got a million dollars. You want to travel to Europe and go live at a winery.
[00:19:00]
Next thing you know, next thing you know, you're in Europe and you're living at a winery. I don't know where that came from, but manifestation is just thinking about things. And it's not just thinking about it and it happening all of a sudden, which is a misconception. It is There's a step by step process of just identifying what it is that you desire and bringing it to your life, and there's ways to do this with the least amount of friction, and that's what I'm here to share with you guys a little bit about.

Now, I cannot talk about manifestation without Just bringing up the power of thoughts and beliefs. So our thoughts and beliefs are so powerful, especially in the process of manifestation, because they shape our perception of reality, influence our emotions, and they impact the energy that we emit into the world.

And I mentioned the law of attraction earlier, which manifestation actually involves several spiritual or universal laws, but most prominently the law of attraction. Is the one that says like attracts like. In other words, the energy you put out into the universe through your thoughts, emotions, and beliefs attracts similar energy back to you.

Here's an example. Have you ever said the following quote? When it rains, it pours. Right? Positive emotions attract positive outcomes, while negative thoughts attract negative outcomes. So when we say, when it rains, it pours, it's like we're experiencing negative emotions, and so all of a sudden everything is just kind of falling apart.

Or, like me, when I just explained earlier about this amazing kind of day that I had yesterday, and the mood that I'm in today, positive thoughts and emotions attract positive outcomes. So Your, your vibe attracts your tribe, but more so speaking, again, like attracts like. So, we have so much power over what is happening in our world based on our thoughts.

And I know that that can be a scary thing to think about because if you are someone who experiences a lot of negative thoughts or worry, then you can all of a sudden go spiraling. And I say that from personal experience where I am like. Terrified of something and then all of a sudden it is all of a sudden then, you know, I'm scared.

It's going to happen now and there's a lot to go with that where I just want to clearly say that no, but what we're saying is more that like. We attract with the energy we put out. Have you noticed in relationships you attract similar partners? Or in friendships you attract similar friends? And have you ever thought to yourself, How come I'm not friends with that group?
[00:21:57]
Or how come I've never found people that are like this? Or how come I'm not in the relationships like that? And that's because your energy literally attracts everything that is Everything that you put out, your energy is attracting what it's ready for, or that's at a similar vibration. When we think about vibration, we can think about literally things falling into a frequency.

And so, how can we attract something when we're not even at the same energetic frequency of that thing? So, it can be, , It can be really kind of confronting realizing what's in your life and that you actually attracted it, but also it can be really powerful because then you can also remember that you have the ability to change your reality by changing your life.

Getting really crystal clear on your energy and getting really crystal clear on where your vibration is and how to raise that to a frequency that is at the same level as something that you would like in your life. Okay. And oh my goodness, as I'm talking about this, we can go in 85 different directions because I feel like there's so many layers to the manifestation process.

Maybe I should come out with a course, but. Something that I think is really important to kind of take a little turn over to before we dive into the steps is related to what we call neuro linguistic programming, NLP. There are NLP coaches that exist, and I have to clearly say I am, I am not Fully trained or accredited in NLP or Neuro Linguistic Programming, but I have taken courses.

I've been to a retreat that covered it. I am very familiar with the process of the subconscious mind. So I would like to break this down for all of you so that you know what goes into all of this. Okay? And It's important to say right now, when I talked a little bit earlier about the worry piece, if you, if we're, if our like attracts like, and we're in a constant state of fear and worry, that can turn us into someone who is spiraling and really getting upset with ourselves.

It could, it could actually, It can actually hinder the relationship that we have to self and our self esteem. Again, speaking from my own experience, but I've worked with a lot of people that also have moved through this. So, I want to talk about how we raise our vibration from a, a brain level.

Something that is digestible for everyone to understand. And this is where we get kind of into the science of things. So, I would like to start by sharing that when we're At the ages of zero to seven years old, we have a lot of neuroplasticity in our brain. I've talked about this in different places, I think on the podcast before, definitely, but I'm going to talk about it again.
[00:25:08]
So from the age of zero to seven, we are, we're absorbing a lot more, you know, we're born, we're We're absorbing a lot more, you know, we're born, we're absorbed. You know, growing, we're, it's our first really just kind of experience in the world. It's our first time living, mostly not, well, in caveat, I don't believe it's our first time living, but it's our first time experiencing in this lifetime time.

Our, our parents and lots of things that are going on in our life. So our brains are this spongy material that is absorbing everything around us. So what our parents say, what our siblings say, what our environment is. And so in that stage of life, we, are so spongy. And I know you guys can think of an example of a child you were around and they just said something and you're like, Oh, wow, that's how they see it.

Or, or they just say it like it is. And it's so funny, but it's because these children, they they pick up things or sponges or just anything they see anything they do, it is just being absorbed into their their brain. Now, what happens is we lose neuroplasticity the older that we get. So we go on in our lives and we start to develop, um, we start to develop more, I guess, secure thoughts.

And a lot of these thoughts actually come from that age of zero to seven, whether we realize it. or not. So like our wiring in our brain is very much closely tied to what happened at that point in our life. And here's the thing. You're probably thinking right now, at least I did when I learned this, I don't really remember a lot before the age of seven.

I definitely have a few memories. And if I look at a photo, I might be able to remember a few things that happened before or after that photo, but I don't have super vivid memories from that time. And so. Why I call that out is because as you move into thinking about your beliefs and your vibration and where you're at in terms of your mind and how you interpret the world and your vibe, essentially your energy, You may have things that are so deeply ingrained in your subconscious, and the subconscious brain is huge.

It actually represents around 90 percent of our actions and our programming and our thoughts. Why this matters is because there are things that we do in our life Like, and you probably have a moment like this where you, where you do something in your life and you don't know why you do it that way, or you just cannot figure out why you can't switch it off.

So, you, , so the great example that I always give is, I am not a morning person, and let me tell you, I have tried so hard to be a morning person, and I still do. I, I truly want to be a morning person. I've thrown the towel a few times. And I just can't and I definitely wake up earlier than I did in college and a lot of other people I know, but it doesn't help that I run my own business and really can wake up whenever the heck I want to.

But I just, it's just not in my programming. And no offense to my parents who may or may not be listening to this. My parents don't get up early. They never have. My dad gets up early for work, but he doesn't have like a solid routine in the morning, and my mom definitely never had any routine in the morning.
[00:28:46]
And on the weekends my parents slept in, like, late, you know? And so, I remember in like therapy, actually this wasn't in therapy, this was just at a retreat or something that I was at, talking about me wanting to become a morning person and realizing, okay, so if my brain, when I developed most of my subconscious brain from zero to seven years old, and I witnessed people not waking up early in the morning, Guess what?

My programming is going to be in that. That is my programming. And so, the older I get, the more that that programming becomes really hard to change. And so, that's why when we work with people. On rewiring their brain and, um, you may, like, you may have heard of, like, hypnosis or subconscious reprogramming, all of those topics, which I have an episode with Ryan Hayden on, which is an incredible episode, that all helps us understand that It's it can be challenging to rewire these thoughts because they're so they're so stuck.

And so what we can do with that is start to get into like inner child and shadow work, which is really helpful. But then also, there's lots of techniques that help like, like again, hypnotist or being hypnotized, which I did recently, which was really helpful for my fear of flying. But it can really rewire our thoughts and get us to kind of organize them.

One of my favorite movies is Inside Out. It's a Pixar movie. I'm sure a lot of you love that movie as well. It's, it's so good. If you're listening and you're, you don't even have children, anything Pixar is amazing, first of all. But secondly, you have to watch Inside Out. It is so good. But how I imagine it is that there's a part in the show where In the show, the movie, where they are going through the, because it's, it's all about being inside this girl little, this little girl ri her brain and they go through kind of her subconscious thoughts and there's like commercials or random little memories and, and so it's kind of like, when I think of my subconscious brain, it's like I have that whole bookshelf of memories there and that I don't really know like why I am doing things until I start to peel back the layers and get comfortable with it.

This is why a lot of people do psychedelics, like mushrooms, ayahuasca, fill in the blanks, all sorts of things, because it can help create more neuroplasticity, that spongy material in your brain, which it Can help you rewire your thoughts. I purchased a mushroom program a few months ago, and I have not taken it yet because I have some apprehensions that I'm working through, but I plan to do that soon, and I'll definitely report back.

I am not. Suggesting that you guys do that. I'm doing that for my own sake to help kind of rewire some things that I've been wanting to rewire. I'm also starting therapy again soon. So there's all the things that you can do to really try to get deep into to remove things around like literally just imagine the wires, the wires unplugging and plugging into different places in your mind to help you achieve your goals.

To take this all the way back to the beginning of what we were talking about, which was the law of attraction and how like attracts like. You may need to do some deep reprogramming to help manifest your desires. And when I share with you guys my step by step process, there is a point where I'll mention where these things can start to come up.

Because you may be doing all the right stuff, maybe doing all the right techniques, and you're still having blockages, and that's because there is an energetic block happening. And a lot of the steps that I'm going to share can actually help you overcome these blocks through consistency and devotion and repetition and excitement and belief, which I will break down.

You may need to do some deep work in that space. So that's where the inner child, reflecting on your childhood, trying to remember past memories, maybe working with a hypnotist, maybe, and guys, hypnotists are not some genies in a bottle. Like, being hypnotized is something that most psychiatrists can do.

Did you know that? Probably not. Because I, in my head, when I heard that originally, thought it was some woo woo hoopla of someone with a magic genie, You know, crystal ball, but it's not that at all. It's most trained people in psychology, people, professionals in psychology can perform hip being hypnotizing you.

Um, it's a very studied practice that really works. So Anyhoo, so you may need to do some of that. You may need to just do cognitive, cognitive behavioral therapy. You may need to just honestly do some shadow work journaling. There's lots of resources on YouTube if you just look up shadow work journaling or just shadow work in general or inner child work.

Both are really great places to really kind of see where perhaps there's parts of yourself that you're not aware of. And yeah, so I bring that up as like, I think that's a really crucial part in the manifestation process. If you want. To know a little bit about how that helped me in the episode that I have back in February.

I tell a full story about how I learn. That this technique around NLP at a retreat and how that retreat took me into a sort of a hypnosis And I ended up meeting my childhood self and it was a huge money blockage that I had where I Struggled with essentially, , wanting the things that I want in life.

I'm not going to give the details. It was a story about my childhood and my dad saying that I like designer milk. And, , yeah, so it's a it's a whole thing. But listen to that episode. It's great. But now let's get into https: otter. ai The step by step process. So this is where I really want you guys to take a pen and paper and start to write things down.

If you don't have a pen and paper handy, you could of course do this in your phone, on your computer, whatever capacity. I will say that there is something special about using a pen or a piece of paper and writing it. Because But There have been studies done on the potency or the magic or I don't know, whatever is behind when you just put pen to paper and I think it has something to do with like the energetic field of your aura and that pen is like creating something and I know that they've studied this even in terms of just memory.

You can remember things if you wrote it down a lot easier than if you were have to just set it to someone or if you boom. You know, even typed it. So I think that you should write this down if you can. Okay, so let's get into the steps. So there's about 12 steps that I outline. And there are some things that are kind of bucketed underneath each of those steps that I'll work through.

And I'm going to offer you guys some techniques for manifesting as well. And then I'm also going to get into the yeses and noes of manifestation. Okay, so starting with Step 1, and I want you to write down on your sheet of paper Step 1 and every step as we move through it, but don't get too ahead of yourself and write, you know, 1 through 12 right now because there's going to be probably lots of notes under each one that you'll want to take.

And not only notes, but things that you, I want you guys to use this as like a practice. You could turn this episode on and seriously sit here like it's a workshop where you are actively manifesting. So, The first step is identify. Identifying what you desire. So begin by identifying what it is that you want to manifest.

Be clear, specific, well defined. Avoid vague or ambiguous objectives. And something that I think is very helpful that I've heard before is using jealousy as a clue. And let me explain that. There are things in our life that we are jealous That we see other people have in their lives. So use jealousy as a clue.

If there's something you see that someone is doing that you want, use that as a clue for something that you desire. Before I Became the person I am right now. I remember listening to podcasts in college and saying to myself, I want to start a podcast someday. I'd love to just jump on a mic and, and talk and share and say anything I want to say.
[00:37:51]
And I, and now I'm doing that. Okay, so, and so I can think of moments where I was jealous, or perhaps envy is another great word, where I envied other people for having things in their life. And right now I can think of things that are in front of me that are I want that other people have. I desire what it is that they're doing, and so I can have that too.

So I have to use those as clues for things that I want to manifest. Something I want to add here, and this will probably be a part of the no's, is not condemning people for having what it is that you want. Okay, so I can be jealous and I can envy people that have the things that I desire. And then I have to remember again that I can have that too.

I can't take that jealousy or that envy and make them evil or bad for having something. Because they're worthy and they're lucky and I'm so freaking happy for them. I'm not, I'm not mad at them. I'm not upset that they come from a different background that I have. And so the way that they got it is quote unquote deemed, is deemed easier than the way that maybe it would come to me.

No. That is, that is not what we do here. That is a no in manifestation. So, you have to be proud of the things that people have, and know that you can have it too, and use those as your clues. Okay, so next time any of you little bitches, I say that with love, are seeing someone do something that you like instead of texting your friend, being a brat about it, and, you know, sending it to someone that you know, or, you know, condemning them, when people do that to me.

I, like, when people send me something that someone is doing and they're trying to be, like, a jerk about it, I'm like, you're jealous, you know? You're jealous, you want something from that, you're, you don't believe, like, you don't think that they deserve that. Guess what? Their vibe? Attracts their whatever they have.

So they're the law of attraction. The reason they have that is because they have attracted that into their life. Okay, so we have to be proud of them because we will never have the things that are meant for us if we can't even celebrate people who already have it. And we also have to look at people who have the things that we want and remember that those are our expanders.

Okay, so We call these people expanders in manifestation. So an expander is someone that you look at and go, oh my gosh, they did that. Here's a great example. If we think about history and some of the greatest, you know, historic figures in life, perhaps let's use like, Singing, for an example, I talked about Taylor Swift earlier.

Taylor Swift could not be Taylor Swift without the people that were doing things before her. Okay? So,, you know, Madonna,, you know, All sorts of trying to come up with other women in music, but Madonna is probably, I'm just gonna say that there. But honestly, there's so many men as well that, that set the stage.

So, when we see people doing something new, it's like, you know how people say, oh, that person, , That person ran so you could walk. That's kind of the idea. So we have to look at these people as our expanders. They ran, they freaking ran, they ran marathons, the Boston Marathon, the Chicago Marathon, which I just saw a video of how long that is, which blew my mind, by the way, um, but it's, Those people ran so that we could walk, right?

Not saying Taylor Swift walked, that's not what I mean, but I'm just saying that people, people who are doing things that we want to do, they allow more of us to do those things. So we can't be jealous, like, oh my gosh, you know, I'm sure Taylor Swift didn't look at. Madonna and was like, Oh my gosh, like, I can't be Taylor Swift because Madonna already exists.

Dolly Parton already exists. Or, you know, all the country, Shania Twain already exists. I can't, I can't do what I want to do because it already exists out there. No, you can do what you want to do and you, and you could even do it in your way. And guess what? You might actually become the music industry, right?
[00:42:30]
, that's something that I had to learn in human design. There's lots of people in the human design space that have huge followings and. All sorts of amazing things going on and there was a totally a time in my life where I was jealous. I'm like, well, they come from more money than I have and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
[00:42:46]
No, they are my expanders. I look at those people as, as someone who can, is doing something that I want to do. And, and that is just giving me permission to step into my power and do it the way that I want to do it. Be authentic in my own expression. So okay, that's step one. I will move on to step two now because I think you guys probably get it.

So if you haven't yet, identify what you desire and use your jealousy as a clue and write down whatever it is. You could do one thing, three things, ten things, whatever it is. Whatever. I recommend maybe just having a small list for now because you want your focus to be narrowed., and it may just be one thing in this exercise, but of course, like, if you're anything like me, like, I have a list of things that I'm trying to manifest, but, , you know, one thing at a time, right?

Okay, so now let's move on to step two out of 12. And step two is write it down. Which you guys kind of did in step one, but again, the science behind writing things down pen to paper is so important, so write down clearly what you desire. Be specific, be well defined, don't be vague, don't be like, I want to be famous.

Say, I want to be the next Oprah Winfrey. Be, be specific. Okay, now step three is visualize what is, okay? Visualize it. So I want you to close your eyes and imagine yourself already in possession of your desired outcome. I want you to create a vivid mental image of the situation, including sensory details like sights, sounds, and emotions.

The more real it feels, The more effective this visualization is going to be, okay? So I'm going to use an example of something that I would like to, I would like to call into my life, okay? So I'm going to give you guys insight into something that I'm actively manifesting. I'm going to walk you through my visualization process.

Okay, so something that I am manifesting right now is building a human design app. I shared a little bit here and there about it. But so, for me, I visualize myself having this app come to life on my phone. I visualize myself being out in public, specifically I'm out to dinner, I'm with a group of friends, and someone asks me, What I do for a living, and I'm telling them about human design, and I'm visualizing myself explaining to them about the human design system, and then they ask me about their chart.

And so I share with them, you know, I actually have this app that I created where you can look up your chart and So, this person knows their birth information. I, I go to my phone, I, I'm unlocking it, you know, using my face ID or my password and I open my phone and my app icon is right there and I click it and it's the design of you and my logo pops up and I'm visualizing That's me.

A chart right on the front screen and from there I go to, I go to a section to add a friend and I add a friend and type in their birth information. So this person across from me, I'm visualizing a male and I am typing in his information and in goes his chart and then outputs all the information and I can see his body graph and In this, I am, I'm looking at his chart, and I'm telling him a little bit about his design, and what it means to be, what his energy type is, and I'm showing him how if you click the different parts of your chart, it'll tell you a little bit about what each thing means, and that's really neat.

I'm visualizing him being blown away, how cool is this app, and I'm all excited and I'm telling him, yeah, and even if you click here, it does this, and then it will tell you this, and I'm handing him my phone and I'm letting him click around and, you know, play around and just be in awe of the information that he is receiving by learning about himself through the potent lens of human design, specifically through my app.

I am just so thrilled and he's excited and he's like, what is this called? I'm like, this is called the design of you go to the app store and he goes to the app store and he downloads it and then everyone at the table is like sharing their charts and learning more and asking me questions and you know, we're passing around phones and adding each other because you can add each other as friends and yeah, so that's my visualization.

Okay guys. , Bye. Bye. Now I want you guys to do the exact same thing with what you wrote down, with each thing you wrote down if you can, so you can pause this, or you can do this later, but that is a huge piece, and so I want you guys to vividly picture what that looks like. Okay, so sights, sounds, feelings, emotions, what does it smell like, everything, okay?

All right, let's move on to step four. So, step four is to detach. So, detach yourself from the outcome of how. This could be maybe before the last step. It's hard to put these in steps, to be honest, because they're all, like, layered. They're all, like, merged together, and they're all important., but this is to Paradoxically, it's important to detach from the outcome while actively working towards your manifestation.

So you have to trust the process and remain open to unexpected opportunities and how this will happen. So, although I want this app to happen, and I want to share it with the world, I have to be I have to allow myself to essentially remain open to how this will happen. So, I can't get overly caught up in, okay, you know, this month, and this person, and this meeting, or this thing.

I have to be open that this is going to come to me in any form. A good example is if you're manifesting money, if you are desiring 10, 000, you have to be open to 10, 000 entering your life in any which way. Whether it is a stimulus check from the government, whether it is randomly you all of a sudden someone in your family is like, Oh, hey, we found this trust fund that's been sitting here of 10, 000.
[00:49:47]
We forgot all about it. Here you go. Or maybe it's a, you own a business that a client schedules something with you for 10, 000. Maybe someone purchases that much money from you. Maybe you win the lottery. May, you have no idea how this is going to happen. So you have to be open to All possibilities don't get caught up in what I just said either in all those different ways.

Those are just examples of ways that money can come to you. Maybe there was a mistake in something that happened. Here's a great example. I lease a car. I lease cars and I, , returned my lease back in June and I like smoked this pole. And my carport and had this giant dent in the side of my car and, I also forgot like this, this part of my backseat there was like this like cover to the backseat that I had taken out that I left in the Midwest.

There were also like, pieces and parts to my car that were in this bag that I like took out and so I remember thinking to myself, holy shit, when I get the bill from my car, it's going to be really expensive. But I remember I just had this feeling like it'll all work out like it's fine, it'll all work out like it's fine.

You know, I don't need to worry about it. I feel like it's just all gonna be good and, and I kept saying that, like, I feel like I'm gonna owe some money, like, because of these things, but, like, for some reason I feel like they're just gonna, like, not even notice or, I don't know, something else is gonna happen.
[00:51:14]
Dude, let me tell you. About two months later, so I had been for about a month because my car that I, that car that I leased, actually I leased back in Michigan, where my, , my parents live, and so I was messaging my stepmom and my dad and I'm like, did you guys get anything in the mail for my car? I'm like, and my dad kept letting me know, like, no, I haven't gotten anything from GM, like, whatever.

And one day he gets something and they owe me 92. What? I'm like, four. What? Like, there was a, I hit a pole on the side of the car when I turned it in. I was, I was almost 6, 000 miles over the, the active, like, I leased the car and I could only have 30, 000 miles. It was 36 miles, 36, 000 miles when I turned it in.

So 6, 000 miles over. And I, and half the pieces and parts of the car were gone. I have no idea to this day. If GM is listening, no, you're not., but, I You just never know, right? Like, you just have to be detached to money coming your way, and let me tell you something, aside from that, it was not focused on my car and that money as much as I was focused on doing tons of money manifestations during that time.

Like, I have one that I love. I'll link it down below. It's called Ye's Coins by, Tony Jones. I think it's Tony Jones. Tony something. She is amazing and she has these really incredible mantras. I have a whole playlist on my Spotify of her mantras and some other ones. And I listen to that one every time I run.

And it's always, and it says something like, it's a whole yes to my coin season, baby. And it'll say things like, um, more money, no problem. And I literally was singing that every day. I asked Sander, cause he's like, are you gonna put on your little money manifestation? Cause I'd like come home from yoga and I'd be playing it and play it in our, off our Alexa while I was making breakfast.
[00:53:09]
And every time I went for a run or a playing it every time in my car, I'm playing it. And I got 92 for my car. I don't, I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I believe in magic, and I always cultivate magic in my life, and you can, too, so. Okay, let's move on to step five. Step five is gratitude. So, you have to be intensely excited and grateful for what it is that you're visualizing, okay?

So, I don't want you guys to visualize something and then think of the lack in your life. You and lack, this is from the Ye's Coins, , mantra. Song it goes me and lack. That's a joke and I will say that now. I'll be like me and lack. That's a joke and truly, so You and lack are a joke You have to be so grateful for what it is that you want and be so excited about it because guess what?

It's happening to you. It's happening in your life. And so when you visualize it, that process that I went through, I want you to be so grateful. Not for what's, for what's coming, but also like grateful that it's like already yours, you know? So for me with the app, like I haven't even started building this thing yet.

But I'm so grateful for it happening, for it coming to my life, and, and I'm so grateful that it's, that I, I'm building an app. I have an app, right? Like, I, it's happening. It has happened. Because guess what? In a parallel universe, it's happening. I'm just not there yet. Dude, wanna, and let me tell you something that'll blow your mind.

Okay, so I want you guys also, right now, this is a sign. Another side tangent, but roll with me. I want you to think about a moment in your childhood. It doesn't even have to be your childhood. It could be two years ago, okay? And I want you to think about that moment, and I want you to go to that moment visually in your head, okay?
[00:55:09]
So, right now, I am thinking about a moment where I So, I, an ex boyfriend of mine, we were, this was actually like the weekend we broke up, we were going to go to this concert up in Ann Arbor, he was visiting me, and I bought tickets on What was it? Like, one of, it was like, I found the tickets online, I don't remember, but I cash, I, I, it was all the red flags, and I was just naive, and I, I cash apped this guy 90 for the tickets, and,, all of a sudden he blocked me, and I was scammed.
[00:55:48]
And let me tell you how mad I was. I, like, cried. I was so upset. And I remember saying to my ex boyfriend at the time, being like, I just can't even, I can't even afford to lose 90 right now. Like, are you kidding me? Wah, wah, wah. And here's the thing. I was so upset over it. And right now, I can remember me Crying about it and exactly where I was and so I'm gonna think about me my current self in 2023 going back to that moment in 2019 and Acting like I am right behind myself in that moment and giving myself a hug and saying to myself It's okay.
[00:56:38]
You're going to be okay. It won't even matter in An hour, it won't matter at all. In the grand scheme of things, that $90 you could avoid, you could, you could afford to lose more than that and not have to worry because you were supported. I'm visualizing myself saying that too. That version of me that could not handle losing $90 and.
[00:57:06]
And so I say this because when it comes to gratitude, sometimes we can think of moments when we were acting out of gratitude, right? Like, I could have practiced more gratitude then and just said, you know what? It wasn't meant to be. I could have found a silver lining. And so when I think about this a lot, like, what if I was in that moment and I knew that future me was there hugging me?

Like, that gives me goosebumps. When I think about myself in a moment, and, and I didn't know that I was there, like, right, okay, how about right now? I'm in my office recording this. What if there is a version of me that's five years down the line that is so successful and is laughing at the fact that I am recording this?
[00:58:00]
You know episode on manifestation is sitting there like in the room with me like I'm I'm gonna trust right now that the oldest like the higher version of me is there that's it that she's in front of me right now so when it comes to my app I am going to visualize that happening, you know, and I'm gonna also know that there's a version of myself that is in that reality with this app that's already built and is coming back to me in moments now, aka that version of me is like remembering hardships or things that I went through in the past or that I'm moving through right now to get to that place.

It is laughing at me and saying, Girl, like, it's happening. You're good. You know, don't worry. And so I say this because we live in parallel universes. So you have to believe that it's happening. So you being grateful is about you being grateful that what it is that you desire It's already there because it's happening in a parallel universe.
[00:59:11]
In fact, your future you is next to you right now, holding you and hugging you and saying, it's going to be okay and you're going to get there. And that may make some of you emotional because as I just said, those last few lines, I got a little bit emotional inside, but you have to trust that when you're grateful for what's coming and it's not what's coming, it's what's already yours, it will happen for you.

In the best way and and sooner than you think. So when we manifest, we're, we're working with. We're, we're working with realities. Okay. And we have to just be so grateful and excited. And so I want you to, like we talked about earlier, around visualizing it. The gratitude and visualization is almost hand in hand, visualize it and be so freaking grateful that it's yours and that it's happening or it has happened.

Okay? Okay. Step six, . This is gonna be a long one. 'cause I just looked and I'm like, oh dang, I'm already at an hour., okay, so step six is repetition, which is revisiting it over and over. So everything that we just walked through, I want you guys to revisit it, but there's some ways that you can revisit it that, this is where we kind of get into some of the techniques.

And there's different techniques kind of as we move through each step, but This is really talking about the techniques,, that you can do just to kind of repeat this over and over. So the first one is vision boarding, which I feel like everyone is familiar with. Vision boarding is the act of, you know, taking everything that you want and cutting it out out of magazines or printing some things out of, Printing some stuff up from the internet and cutting it all out and putting it on a board and hanging it and looking at it Every day, that's a way to revisit it.

I'm a huge believer in vision boarding. I do it once a year and What I'll do is I'll put my vision board somewhere I can see it. So it's typically the past few years It's always been hung up in my office. And so as I'm working, I will look at it In fact, my vision board has served as such a great place for me to come up with ideas, specifically last year, there was a lot of the things that I did in my business came from,, it came from me looking at my vision board and coming up with names for certain things, , different business partners or so much that your vision board can help you with, but also can serve as like a reminder of like, That's what you're, you're aiming towards.

So maybe it's like your dream vacation, your dream home, that dream kitchen. So you have that every day in front of you and you can look and go, that's what, that's why I wake up every day. That's what I'm working towards, you know? yeah. So vision boarding. Another great way to vision board, which is more virtually is Pinterest boarding.
[01:01:57]
I'm a, yeah. I'm a huge Pinterest girl, like, huge Pinterest girl. I live for Pinterest. I'm on it at least twice a day. I just can't get enough of it. I don't know if it's my undefined head, but I live for it. And I have a vision board on Pinterest that I will pin things to that I want to happen in my life.

I think I could get more specific. So I've seen a lot of people. work with their vision boards in terms of, like, quarters or seasons. So I think I saw this, maybe I saw this on Pinterest. I know someone who, every fall, they'll basically open up Pinterest and they'll say, let's pin everything that looks like what I want to happen in the next fall.

And you could do this perhaps with an actual vision board, too. It might be a little bit more challenging to find specific images, so that's why I think the virtual version can work. And here's the thing, too, I'll add another tool with the vision boarding that you can use, but the thing that I was going to say is that you could get into Canva and you can actually take your images and cut them out and print out.

Like, you could make it digitally, then print it out and look at it too., but with Pinterest, it's like a culmination of all these images, and so you can do that by the seasons. And so the girl that I knew, she would essentially, yeah, she would basically walk into every season of her life and say, This fall, this is, these are some of the things that we're doing.

I remember as a kid doing this with my My best friend, Zoe, when we were little girls, like this summer, this is our summer bucket list and us writing down on with markers on sheets of paper, like, like go to the pool, like go to the quarry, , you know, have. Go to the, the fair, you know, go get ice cream twice a week and we would just write the things that you want to do over the summer.
[01:03:46]
So, , those are like, it's kind of a similar way of doing that as well.writing it down as I mentioned earlier, but repetition and writing it down is that every day you're writing down what you want. So, a great way to do this is a gratitude journal. There are also some methods. So the three, six, nine method is super popular, which is basically you write down what it is that you're desiring three times, you write it again midday, six times, and then at night, nine times before you go to bed.

And then at the end of the day, you say thank you to the universe and fully believe in what you're requesting, as I've been sharing. And the idea is that you need to think You already have what it is that you desire. There's also something called the 5 5 5 method, or 55 times 5, which is write your affirmation 55 times for 5 days.

So, that's kind of a lot for your hand, like, personally, like, I don't think I would want to do this, but if you, it, Definitely can work and I've heard success stories with it. But yeah, so you'd literally have a journal and you'd be like, I am a millionaire. I am a millionaire. I am a millionaire. I am a millionaire.
[01:04:52]
And you write that 55 times every day for five days. Or you could write it, I think, a better way to do it, in my opinion, would be, and I don't think this, this isn't wrong, because I know I've read about this a lot, but why don't you write it five times? in a row for 55 days. I feel like that's a better way to do it.
[01:05:11]
So those are some of the ways that you can just work with writing it down., and then, you know, re reading it every day. So if you're not writing it down, at least reading it, and as you're reading your intentions, doing that visualization practice, that gratitude, that excitement. I have it, you know. Ah, yay!

So this will just really help you identify when things related to that vision show up, so you may have heard that manifestation doesn't happen without work, and I'm here to tell you that that is totally true because the number one thing that I hear is like, oh my god, like these manifestation bitches are always just like thinking that like I can just think something and it poofs into my reality.

No, and I hate Those girls just hates a strong word. That's not true. But I cannot take when people say that because I'm like, you don't even know what manifestation is. So I'm here to school you because I want you to know that it's not just thinking something. It is a, this is a practice guys. This is, this is showing up for yourself every day.

And there is science behind it. There is all sorts of things behind this. So you have to, when you're doing these practices, when you're practicing visualization, when you're practicing gratitude, when you're detaching yourself from the outcome, when you are repeating this over and over, once you're doing that, here's the thing.

This is when you can start to identify when something's related to it. So for me, for an app, like I could have been like, I want to do an app and then I'm I totally miss things that come into my universe related to that. Now that I know that that's something that I want, when I'm out in public and I hear someone say like, oh yeah, I work in web development or, oh yeah, I work at, you know, X company and it's like an app.

I am seeing things related to my vision, right? When I'm on Pinterest, all of a sudden I see an idea and I'm like, oh my god, that would be so great for my app. You know, like, pin that. Ding, ding, ding. And so you will start to notice things. This is the, this is related to, have you ever heard the technique where, I think I said this in the other Manifestation podcast I did, but it's a good one, where it's like, You know, I want you right now, you guys can all do this, I want you to count five things around you or count or count how many things around you.

Doesn't have to be five, just as many things around you that are blue. So for me, it's like 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, you know, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15. Okay, and now I want you to count how many things were purple, or I want you to tell me how many things are purple, and you can't because you weren't focusing on freaking purple, you were focusing on blue, and so now when you have your focus on what it is that you're desiring, you can now see where all the blue is, where all the things that are related to what you want are.

Okay, now let's move on to number seven, step number seven, and number seven, step number seven, and I feel like this one could also be just, they all can be merged together, but this one's around belief, and this is believing in what you desire and believing that it's possible. So, now that you've repeatedly spent time with your desires, you have to begin to believe it.

This is intertwined with the gratitude, but I need you to believe that it's possible. This is where The, the resistance can show up, okay, because you're repeating it and you're like, I've been looking at my vision board every freaking day. I've been writing it down 55 times a day. I've been doing the three six nine method.

I'm literally doing everything every day. I'm sitting here. And you're starting to meet resistance, and you're like, you're starting to have doubts, and you're like, I am afraid. It's just, it's stupid. What the fuck am I doing? Why am I wasting my time every day? I want you to just hang tight, okay? Hang tight with it, because, and I should also add, this is where you may want to do some shadow work.

You may want to do some inner child work, because a lot of times that's where the resistance is coming from. So you may be like, who am I kidding? Like, I'm not gonna have a, I'm not gonna have a million dollars. I'm not gonna have 10, 000, you know, like I can't even, you know, do this or I wouldn't even know what to do if I had that, you know, you may start having these limiting beliefs that show up or Oh my gosh, like I'm gonna get 10, 000 and I'm just gonna put it towards my student loans.
[01:09:39]
You're gonna start to have, All of that. And so that's when you'll want to really dive into maybe some of the work I shared in the beginning. Some of the shadows, you know, where are these coming from? How are these rooted to my upbringing, my childhood? Why can't I have that? You know, maybe you want this like beautiful home.
[01:09:56]
You may start to be thinking like, Why would I, like, why do I even need that? Like, I don't need space like that. Like, I don't need a home gym. I can just get a gym membership. But here's where I want you to now, you know, really start to believe. This is where I want you to. Hang tight, let go of any doubts, fears, limiting beliefs that are holding you back.

Acknowledge and address the internal resistance that's blocking your progress. And this is where you can really start to again look at shadow work, inner child work, and also techniques like meditation or mindfulness can be really helpful. And I really want you to just hold on to belief. I want you to grab the word belief and just Just hug it so tightly and go, I believe, you know, if you believe in prayer, maybe this is when you go, God, I don't, I don't know how this is going to happen, but I trust that you're going to make this happen.

And I trust that I don't need to know how, but I believe. Okay. And so this is a really important step. Okay. So, you're believing, you're like, okay, I have resistance, and I'm working through it, and now I want you to get yourself out of that by just acting as it, by going, okay, I believe, I'm going to keep doing my repetition, I'm going to keep visualizing, and I'm going to trust, and I'm going to just, like, not hold on to these limiting beliefs anymore, because your limiting beliefs are oftentimes sometimes.

Not what you think okay, so you may be starting to think like okay Why would I why would I even want to create an app like oh my gosh? There's already human design apps out there. You know people already People already have an app that they use right like there's already you know people aren't gonna Pay some money to just look at their charts, and you know, like people don't care.
[01:11:51]
And so you're gonna start to have these beliefs, these really limiting beliefs, and you have to reframe them. You have to go, this is where the affirmations held. This is where you can start to remember that like this is This isn't stupid. You know, it might seem wild to someone else. It might seem outlandish, but like, I desire this.

And so, there's room for me too. Okay?, there's expanders that already exist there. I'm so happy that, you know, there's already things that exist in this world that are related to what it is that I want to do. Maybe there isn't. You have to trust that it's the right timing and the thing for you no matter what.

And so you may want to reframe and go, Oh my gosh, are you kidding me? Like, No one cares about human design the way that I do. Right? Like, there's so many people that would be so excited about this, you know, like, oh my gosh, like, human design is so incredible. Like, people need the knowledge and, and there's so many cool features that I'm going to have that people are gonna be so excited about.

Right? So I can start to reframe those. A really great story that I heard was someone I know who was, she really wanted to own a home and she wanted this beautiful big house and she kept meeting this limiting belief that was around it is really frivolous to have such a big home or like, you know, she kept thinking that like it was bougie for her to want a home with five bedrooms and then she realized that was a limiting belief holding her back and she was like, Why would it be bougie that I want a big house?
[01:13:25]
Because the reasons I want a big house are that I can have parties and I can invite my family over for the holidays. People can stay the night if they need a place to go. You know, people can come to my home for a vacation. I have rooms for activities. I have a room for my hobby. And so then it's like, That's not frivolous, is it?
[01:13:48]
Is that bougie? No, that's not bougie. So, this is where I want you to reframe your limiting beliefs. So, step 8 is reframe. Okay. Now, step 9 is act. So, I want you to act as if it's already happening. And you may have already been doing this in some of the other ones, but I want you to try on the idea that this is already happening.

How would you act right now if you knew that what you're desiring has already happened or is happening? So, if you're desiring money. How would you act today if you knew that 10, 000 was coming in your bank account tomorrow, you know? It might not be tomorrow, but, you know, in the, maybe it is tomorrow, like, what would you do today?
[01:14:42]
Would you mope about it? Would you, you know, tell yourself you're dumb for, like, wanting that? Would you, you know, pinch your pennies today? Like, what would you do if you knew it was happening tomorrow? Okay, or soon, because when you act as if, acting as if allows you to fake it till you make it, baby. So dress the part.

Immerse yourself, own it, embody the traits and behaviors of the, maybe you're desiring to be like someone, embody those traits and behaviors, make decisions with that version of self, be consistent. Maybe you're like, I really want to marry someone that's super rich. Okay, well act like, like that guy is literally coming to you.
[01:15:31]
Like where, where would someone that is, that is marrying someone rich, like where would they hang out? Go there. Here's a technique that I'm going to just throw in here now. I think it's a good time just related to that. I saw somewhere this technique and I thought it was really incredible and I shared this with my mom.

And it is, so I want you to, if you're looking to call in love in the perfect person, I want you to think about your ideal guy. You know, like, what does he look like? What's he wearing? What's his attitude? Who does he hang out with? What are his hobbies? How does he dress? You know, what color are his eyes?
[01:16:16]
All the things. Like, I want you to fully, like, what is his career? What does he do after work? What does he do before work? What does he do for work? And so, think about what that looks like. And, as you're visualizing him, I want you to visualize his girlfriend. So all of a sudden you're seeing him out and about in public, and then you see his girlfriend come up and she comes up and she gives him a kiss, and I want you to describe, I want you to describe her now.

So what does she look like? You know, what does she wear? What are her hobbies? What does she do all day long? Where does she work? Who are her friends? You know, where does she grocery shop? Where does she, where does she shop? Right? What does she do with this man? And now I want you to look at your life and go what in my life looks like that?

Girl, and this can, is any relationship. So if you're LGBTQ, if it's two girls, two guys, whatever, would your dream person, I want you to imagine your dream person with their dream partner, and I want you to think about that person in so much detail, and I want you to start to think about how you act as that person.
[01:17:37]
And if you're not, Then, okay, now you have a really amazing opportunity to immerse yourself into something new, to get a little uncomfortable. This is the raise your vibration part. So now you can raise your vibration to, you can start to meet someone where they're at. Right? Like, okay, so this girl, she's shopping here, and she does this for fun, and blah, blah, blah, so now you have this, now you have it in front of you, now you, now you know the steps.

Okay, I'm gonna start going to, I did Pilates, I'm gonna start going to Pilates. Maybe it's not, maybe this person goes to the symphony, maybe they do improv, maybe they do whatever. I want you to start going to the places and getting yourself uncomfortable and, and trying. Just on the version that your dream person is with and and when you're just in that place, you're going to cultivate some self love.

You're going to cultivate them coming into your life and or perhaps you're going to notice them now because like if that's what that guy's attracting or girl, then you now are going to be in a place where You potentially can call that, them in. So, okay, so act as if. That's one way, and act as if is it a lot of things, like, you know, put yourself in those places, try it on, do it, you got it girl, or guy, whoever's listening.

Okay, so step 10 is sharing your vision. So this one's controversial. So some people are like, I don't believe in sharing until there's steps there, and I understand why. I personally believe in sharing your vision, but with a trusted confidant. So mine's Zander. Like, Zander is my safe haven in all the ways.

And I tell him everything. And so when I want something, like, he knows things that I'm desiring right now that I've been wanting to do. And I trust him and he's not going to go tell everyone, Oh yeah, Leah's gonna do this because, you know, I haven't, there's some things that like, you know, aren't. Pen and paper happening quite yet, but they are right like they are happening But I trust him And so I think that there is so much power in collective consciousness and collective vision And so if you can get people behind your ideas Then man, you can really Begin to begin to get them into fruition.

So Taylor Swift's a great example, right? you can get people behind the excitement of your remake of your albums and This tour like people are gonna be so excited. So share your vision with people. I think trusted people It can also hold you accountable for certain things, like maybe you're desiring to look a certain way or to achieve a certain level of health or fitness.
[01:20:30]
And so maybe when you're sharing that vision, someone can, you know, help you accountable. Like if they notice like, Hey, maybe one Saturday you're like, I just don't feel like doing it today. And they're like, Hey, but you've been, you've been really, you know, excited about this. I've been really excited for you.

, that's also a reminder that if any of your friends are on the opposite end of that, you can. You can say that to them., but, yeah, so it allows support to be wrapped around your visions. I hope that you all are learning so much, and you all are writing things down, and everything's happening for you. But step, step,, are we at 11? Yeah, step number 11, I think, is, yeah, it's 11. Step number 11 is the test. And no one talks about this in manifestation, but this is huge. I learned this at a manifestation retreat.

I've listened to this like once on a podcast, but I never see it anywhere else, because guess what? Before I put this episode together, I went into my Pinterest, I went into the interwebs, and I was like, manifestation steps, and I, and I, I took what I resonate with and how I think that these steps go, so this isn't like copied from someone, but I, Not one of them mentioned the test, and this is the most important piece that I think happens in manifestation.

So the test refers to challenges or obstacles that may arise as you work towards manifesting something. And these tests are not meant to discourage you, but help you grow, evolve, and strengthen your commitment. So it's similar to the resistance, but this is different because It is going to put something in front of you and dangle it there for you to really get close to what you want.
[01:22:32]
Here's an example. Right before I quit my corporate job that I every freaking day was saying that I'm gonna quit and I'm gonna leave. I'm gonna go work for myself and I literally said over and over that I was going to be done with my, you know, corporate job and,, that I wanted to do human design and all these things.
[01:22:57]
And guess what? I got like a 20, 000 raise right, right when that happened. And so the universe, it was like the universe was literally saying to me, How bad do you want it? Really? Do you want it this bad? Because guess what? You could stay at your corporate job, but they just gave you 20, 000. This is quoted from my old roommate, Sarah, who I mentioned earlier, and I mentioned probably in other episodes.

She always says the golden handcuff, because we work together, and she still works there. It's a golden handcuff. And It was a golden handcuff and it said how bad do you want it? Do you really want to leave here? Because you can get a 20, 000 raise. And that was the universe testing me. And I failed that test.
[01:23:43]
I failed it so hard. I said, fuck, okay. But most people would have been excited. Here's where it gets in the human design piece. I'm a generator. I'm supposed to trust my authority, which is my gut feelings, and my elatedness, being excited. And I cried when I got a 20, 000 raise. I was like, I don't even I don't like I feel like this decision just got even harder for me.

That should have been my indication that it doesn't fucking matter leave. And I did leave less than six months later, but I stayed longer than I needed to. Okay, so you will be tested. This just happened to a friend of mine who also failed their test. And if you're listening, I I'm sorry. I have not told you, but I think you failed your test.

, a friend of mine has been wanting to leave his job for a minute. He's been interviewing at other companies and he had this really great opportunity land in his lap. And it was so interesting because this was like a Wednesday or Thursday and he feels a sense of commitment to the company that he's at.
[01:24:47]
And his job said to him, hey. , they didn't know about this interview and that he got, he got, he got another job essentially, and he had until like the following, so this was like a, this was like a Wednesday or Thursday, and he had until the following Tuesday to quit his job, and the day he got his, literally the day that he got his new job, he didn't sign yet, his boss was like, hey, I want to take you out to lunch and he like takes him to this place to get this brand new suit to like, you know, wine and dine him and he was like, doesn't matter what it costs.

You get the nicest suit in here. And his boss had no idea. He just was like, you know, being nice to him because he's a hard freaking worker. And he was like, Oh my God, the timing like I'm literally going to quit next week. And my boss now just like, spent 1, 000 on this suit for me. Like, what do I do? And I said to him, you were being tested by the universe.
[01:25:43]
This is your test. Do you, are you going to stay or are you going to do what you've been saying that you want? And he, and he ended up staying at his job and I haven't talked to him about it. So I don't know if it's going well, but. I'm telling you this because the universe is going to test you. It is going to put something in front of you.
[01:26:01]
It's going to make you rethink everything. It's going to go, why would I leave this career? Like, I just got a 20, 000 raise. I just got this brand new suit, you know, but this, but this, but this, but this, but, but, but, but, but, but. And here's the thing. If you fail to test, if you're looking back on something or you're like, Oh shit, like that happened to me.
[01:26:22]
Like I can think of a moment where I, you know, I failed. It's okay. Define timing, right? But now you know. This happens with relationships a lot. You see this all the time, like, God, this person sucks. They're just not for me. And, like, people in toxic relationships. And this, this happened to me, by the way. , the first guy that I ever dated, I dated for, like, Six or seven years, and it was tumultuous, horrible.
[01:26:49]
, we'll have to get into that at some point. And there were so many times where I was like, I need to be done with this. Like, this relationship is not it. Like, it's horrible. There were so many moments where things were right in front of me, where I'd be like, I'm done. And then guess what? All of a sudden, there would be like, he'd all of a sudden be like the most amazing partner, you know, like the universe would test me and be like, Are you sure?
[01:27:15]
Because like, sometimes it's like this, even though I kept, like, I kept telling myself I wanted to get out of it. And so, you It was like the universe was testing me there. I see this with people dating where they're always attracting douchebag guys and if you're or douchebag girls, whatever, whoever's listening, but I'm speaking from my experience with my, my girlfriends and the guys that they're dating and they're like, why do I always date losers?
[01:27:39]
And blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Again, it goes back to like the attraction thing or vibe attracts, you know, your energy speaks for itself, that sort of thing. But also, It is testing you. It is dangling a shit guy in front of you and is going, how bad do you want it? You know, how bad do you, how bad do you actually want the thing that you say that you do?
[01:28:02]
And it will keep putting like these crappy guys and the universe is just wanting you to say no. It's wanting you to see what's the thing that you don't want and for you to actually commit to what it is that you do want. Okay, so you need to really, really like notice the test and I think it's one of the most important pieces because if you were committed to your goals and you're committed to what it is that you're desiring, there's going to be a test and the universe is going to, it's like, you know, the universe shows us like our life is all about lessons.

It's going to show you lots of deep lessons related to this and it's just waiting for you. To pass the test. Okay, and finally, step 12 is you did it because the test, I have to tell you, shows up right before, right before you're about to get there. So if you're experiencing the test, guess what? You were so fucking close to getting what you want.

You were right there. It is crystal clear. You can nearly touch it. You just don't know. So if you can just pass that test, you're there. You're at step 12 and you did it. There is something right in front of you that's for you. Okay? And that's when the manifestations start to happen. And so congratulations.

Congratulations for committing to yourself, committing to your dreams and your desires, showing up for yourself mentally every single day, writing, journaling, going inward, getting close to your shadows, your inner child, some deep shit, and getting to where you want to go. I mentioned I wanted to share about the yeses of manifestation and the noes of manifestation, so I'm going to do that now.

So there's some things that can accelerate this process, and so I'll talk about the noes first. So, no sad music. I know you're going to be like, what? Why? I need sad music. I'm a sad music lover myself, but. No sad music during this process. This will just accelerate things. No lo fi music. Pay attention to the lyrics.
[01:30:15]
I mentioned affirmations earlier. Like, if you're singing low affirmation song, that is putting energy out there. Like, what we speak can become a reality. And I don't say that like a fearful way. It's just about you. Being very cognizant of what you're speaking. So, I mentioned an affirmation or mantra song called Ye's Coins that helped me get 92 out of my, my crazy car incident.
[01:30:43]
So, you know, , speak. Good things out into the universe and really try to limit the sad music, especially just try for a month and see what changes. There's a practice that I've been seeing people do and I've been wanting to experiment with this. It's to, for 30 days, it is to listen to one artist. So like this girl listened to Beyonce for 30 days and her life was like amazing.
[01:31:12]
And so it's the science that they've been studying around frequencies. first, which is, there's a lot of studies around frequency healing, which I'll mention here in a moment. And lots of science around, again, the speaking and kind of believing. And so if you can start to listen to artists that are in the energy of what you want to call in, that's a really beautiful way of, of being able to do so.

Okay. Next no is No speaking negative about yourself, and I struggle with this myself. So, if you struggle with any of these, it's okay. These are just some guidelines that could help you, so it's something to play with. So, if you notice yourself saying things like, I'm fat, or I'm like so stupid, or oh my goodness, like I suck at cooking.
[01:32:00]
You're like trying to be better at cooking, or I suck at this, or whatever. We all have ways that we speak negative to ourself. Knock it off, okay? Stop speaking negative to yourself. If you catch yourself speaking negative, okay, witness yourself go, Oh, I'm about, I'm about to talk shit about myself to myself.
[01:32:21]
Notice it and say, How can I reframe this? You know, so for me, like, I've often said, like, Ugh, like, I just, Why am I not tall and skinny with long legs? Like, that's my number one thing that I say all the time. And lately I've been, like, trying to reframe this. Lately as in, like, two days ago. Just being like, I, I'm healthy, you know, I, I have a body that people would dream of, I have, you know, whatever, you can fill in the blanks, that's just some stuff that I read online.
[01:32:53]
So, say, reframe it into something that's positive, find your silver lining. And then, there's some words that you just want to avoid as you're moving through this, so, I would, and, and all these. You don't have to apply all of them, but I think they can be really empowerful. So,, the word don't, so when you say, I don't want something, you're focusing on something you don't want rather than something you do want.

So instead of saying, I don't, affirm what you desire by saying, I do, you know, so instead of saying, like, if you're manifesting, like, I don't want a shitty partner, like, I, I do want a loyal partner. Or can't. When you say something can't happen, you're focused on what you don't want rather than what you do.
[01:33:43]
So instead of saying can't, call in what you desire by saying can. I can do this. I got this. Not, I can't do, you know what I mean? So be careful. He, she, they. Your external reality is a direct reflection of your inner state, and so frame your affirmations using I or me so that they revolve around your own thoughts or feelings.
[01:34:06]
You want to say things like, you know, with the affirmation, like, I am this, you know, me, like, talk about it, about you, not he, she, they, maybe. So the word maybe implies that you're not really sure what you want. So you don't want to be vague. I mentioned this in the first step. Be crystal clear that X word is not.
[01:34:26]
So while this may seem harmless, you're actually giving attention to what you don't want. So when you focus on the lack, which you and lack, that's a joke., when you focus on lack of something, you're giving attention to it and attracting more of that lack in your reality. So like, I'm not this or I'm not that you, you,, Delete.
[01:34:44]
Delete. Ctrl Alt Delete. The next one, which I think is so important, is will. So the word will applies an occurrence in the future, but the key to manifesting is to act and feel as if you have what you already manifested, , that you've already manifested what you desire. So I was doing this for a while, like, I will be a millionaire.
[01:35:03]
I will, you know, marry the partner of my dreams. I will be engaged. I will build a house.
[01:35:12]
I am engaged. I am a millionaire. I am building my dream home. Okay? It's already happening in a parallel reality. It's happening. Act as if. 7. Going to. So this phrase implies that something is going to happen in the future, but it's not right now. So instead of saying, I'm going to be a millionaire, affirm that I am, is, or are.
[01:35:37]
So like, you know, say it as it already is happening. Okay, next one is wish. So, wish implies a lack of certainty in the outcome, and you hope something will happen, and you're just not really sure. It's similar to the, , the maybe one. So, if you're saying things like, I wish to be married to a rich man, , you already are.
[01:36:06]
Right? So express your certainty in your manifestation by saying that you know. Number nine is need. So need implies an attachment to a specific outcome. So when you're unwilling to let go of the outcome, your energy is controlling and fearful. So you don't want to say things like, I need 10, 000. I need to have a home in the Caribbean.
[01:36:31]
I need to travel the world. No, I am traveling the world. I will, not I will. I am going to travel the world. I am a homeowner in the Caribbean. And finally is must. So the word must implies resistance to other creative possibilities. So when you let go of what you think you need, you become open to then receiving what is of the highest good for all.
[01:37:00]
So I'm saying like this must happen, it's just trusting that it will. in the best possible way without you knowing exactly how and being definitive about when. So here are some yeses of manifestation. So constantly being grateful. We talked a lot about this. Assuming the best. So another one that I see people fall into, and I'm also guilty of this myself.
[01:37:23]
All of you are guilty of all these things. No one's perfect. Check yourself because it will change your life. But this one is just assuming the best. So maybe you're Maybe you were just with a group of people, and you leave, and you're like, Oh my gosh, like, that person thinks I'm so weird, or they were totally whispering about me in the corner when I looked over at them.
[01:37:47]
Or, oh my gosh, they like, totally were just talking crap about me. No, they weren't. What people say about you is not your business, first of all. And they weren't. And like, even if they were, who cares? Let it go, you know? Assume the best, always, because that's when great things will happen to you. So, be like, oh, they're probably talking about, you know, how, like, pretty my hair is.
[01:38:14]
They were probably just talking about, like, you know, like, how cool this, like, restaurant is at, that, is that we're at. They're probably just talking about what they're doing this weekend. Just assume the best. Assume they're not talking about you. Okay? Because when you assume the best, that's what happens.
[01:38:32]
We create our reality. You create your reality. So, if you were going to assume everyone is talking shit about you constantly, then everyone's talking shit about you. If you assume that everyone's talking about you in the greatest way, everyone's talking about you in the greatest way. Why don't you try that on?
[01:38:50]
See what that feels like. Again, you create your reality. So what reality are you going to create? Second is feel your feelings. And I want to say set intentions around feeling your feelings. So I mentioned the sad music. A lot of people dive into sad music when they feel their feels. I'm definitely someone who loves that.
[01:39:10]
But I want you to feel your feelings and not in set intentions around you feeling them. So all of a sudden maybe you're feeling sad because You were thinking about your grandparent or something and you're like, I'm sad and I'm gonna give myself just a minute to sit here and feel sad. So being mindful and just saying I'm feeling sad maybe you journal for a little bit.

Maybe you you know, you call your family member and talk to them about why you're sad. Feel it and then set the intention that you're going to move on when you're done feeling it. Okay, I felt this, it's moved through me I'm gonna move on. You know, I'm angry Because this happened. Okay, I'm going to let myself be angry.
[01:39:57]
I'm going to feel it. I'm going to breathe into it. I'm going to breathe some love and light to that feeling. I'm going to acknowledge it. I'm going to acknowledge where it's coming from and why and I'm going to release it as soon as I do and I'm moving on. Okay? I'm done with that. I'm not gonna hold on to it.
[01:40:12]
Feel your feelings and let it go. Not, not put it in a box, not put it in a bottle and never feel it. Feel it, then let it go. Okay. The last thing I want to do, this is becoming a very long episode, so thank you for bearing with me. I want to just offer a few techniques that I think are really powerful for manifestation.

So the first one is meditating, which is just one of the best tools in the world. I think everyone, I think everyone can agree that. Everyone can agree that meditation is one of the best things you can do for yourself. When you meditate, you get yourself still, you can get yourself really close to your desires, you can feel your intuition so much more clearly, you can visualize, you can do that while you're meditating.

There's so much power there. It's a huge, huge., and then the second is affirmations, we already talked about that,, working with the moon, moon rituals. So during the full moon or the new moon, I host moon circles here. Well, I, I was, I haven't actually in like six months, but. I plan to here in the future at some point,, but working with the moon.

So every full moon, I will whip out my crystals and I will take a minute to think about the full moon and what's going on. And I will sit there and work with the energies. If you're into astrology, podcast, I'm sure you are. Look up what's happening. Okay, it's a Taurus full moon, I think, literally today or tomorrow.

What's the energy of Taurus? And look that up and, and, you know, reflect on that energy and see in your life what's showing up. And full moons are a great way to release energy. So it's a great time to go, okay, let go of this. It's like a, it's kind of like a climax of like, okay, all this is built up and I let go.

And then the second thing is the new full moon. Yes, the new moon. Sorry to cross eyed here., the new moon is a great place to set intentions for the cycle between the new moon and the full moon. So that's a really great time to go, okay, what's the energy here? And you know, what are some things related to that?

What am I really calling it? It's a great time to really think about those desires. Okay. Vision boarding, which I talked about human design, working with your strategy and authority, aka working with your energy and your intuition is. I think one of the most potent ways to get really in touch with your energy.

So that way, when it comes to those desires, you know what's right for you and every moment because you're working with your intuition, it's, it's consistently guiding you. Okay., another thing is just angel numbers to notice the signs. So when we look at angel numbers. They're basically little winks from the universe letting us know that, you know, we're on track, right?

Wink, wink. So, these can be in the form of the numbers, symbols, or sensations, too. So, signs can be , maybe symbols. Maybe you're seeing a cardinal a bunch. That was happening to me for a while. I was seeing butterflies everywhere a couple months ago. And so maybe you'll start to notice, like, the same thing over and over.

And it's no coincidence that you do. If you're like, well, I've seen butterflies everywhere. Oh my goodness, I keep seeing 444. It's It's because something is communicating with you. It's wanting you to drop in and it's wanting you to go, you're seeing this again. So if nine is your lucky number, which is mine, by the way, then if you're seeing it often, that may be a good sign.

, nine may also not mean anything to you. So maybe not like you, you'll notice when you see a sign, but our spirit guides and God ancestors, they speak to us with signs. So 1111 or 111 is intuition. 2 2 2 is alignment, 3 3 3 is support, 4 4 4 is protection, 5 5 5 is change, 6 6 6 is time to reflect, 7 7 7 is luck, 8 8 8 is balance, and 9 9 9 is release.

And of course, symbols can show up like songs, animals, butterflies, coins, dreams, words, your ears ringing. It's also one that I think people notice a lot. Like, all of a sudden, if your ears have been ringing a lot, it usually means that you're becoming more sensitive to energies around you, which can be preparing you for upcoming stages in your spiritual journey.

So, look for the signs. Those are some techniques, or just, I would say, less of a technique, more of a just reminder that that's a part of you manifestations. The last and final, there's two more techniques, actually. Three more. Okay, I thought there was only two. There's three more techniques that I'm gonna share.

The first one is scripting. So this is like the visualization, but instead of you visualizing it in your head, I want you to script it out like it's literally a play. I did this for my ideal, like, day in the life, and I was like, every day I wake up and I Take a sip of my water on my nightstand and then I look at the time on my phone and I grab my gratitude journal and I write my gratitude down, I get up, I put my slippers on, I make my bed, I go to my bathroom and I put my contacts in and I wash my face, like literally it was like pages long and it was just one day.

So script exactly what it is that you want to happen, and that's kind of like the visualization. It'll help you visualize while you're doing it. Manifestation jar. This is essentially,, a container or a jar that holds all the desires that you want to manifest. And this jar is something that you can put, , or that you can have that represents your request to the universe.

So if you're like, okay, like, I want to, I'm using a lot of the same examples over and over, but they're just the ones that are coming to mind. Like, I want to build a house someday. Write that down and be like, And throw it in there. And a piece of paper, fold it up. Maybe you do popsicle sticks., put it in there and just have that jar of like the things that you want to happen and just keep it somewhere so you know.

And maybe revisit it. So grab them out and read them out loud once a month or once a week. And then finally, letters. Letters to your future self. This is a huge one that I do. I love to write letters to myself. I also do this in a healing way. So with the shadow work or inner child work. I write letters to people who I need to, , just, that I need to kind of say something to that I don't want to say to them.

So I did this with, , I did this with someone in college that I was having some rifts with and I wrote to this person like, you know, how they're making me feel and this whole thing that I should, I needed to organize my thoughts and I never said it to the person, but it actually helped my relationship.

So you can do that and it'll help you release some things, help you organize some thoughts and it'll help you get kind of alchemize that energy that is building up inside of you. And one bonus one that I want to mention is, , orgasmic manifestation. So, orgasmic manifestation is literally having an orgasm.

I'm sorry if my father is listening to this, that would be kind of weird. but like, take your vibrator and think about what it is that you are manifesting and Like, vibrated out together., the energy of creation and orgasm and life force is all the same energy. It's the same frequency. So right. You can write and look at that as you're doing that or you're actually like engaging, you know, in sexual activities with another person as you're in that moment.

You could also think about something that you want,, aka desire, and that's just a really great energy to. Manifest together. Another bonus one I just want to add because I forgot to mention this earlier was the sound healing. So I mentioned frequency sound healing. There's lots of different frequencies and sounds that are potent for manifestation.

I believe 40 hertz is really powerful. So if you want to go to a sound bath, which is really awesome. I just got crystal singing bowls and I've been loving them so much. Oh my gosh, that was definitely an update. I could have gave him on my podcast episodes, but I love my crystal singing bowls. And so that is also something that you can get in touch with, even if you just go to Spotify or maybe probably Apple too.

I don't have Apple music, but go to 40 Hertz playlists and you'll find songs that are full of those frequencies and just play them often. They're healing to the body and think about your desires. So if you're doing the meditations, you can literally have it, not have it stack, but just stack in general.

So many of these on top of each other. Okay. So we're at about. Yeah, we're, we're long overdue here. So I'm just going to say, , this is going to wrap up today's episode. We're, we're done.
